Loving Kindness Meditation is a beautiful practice to send well wishes, good energy, and positive thoughts to yourself and others. If your heart is feeling heavy or off, this meditation is for you. In this meditation, we will create what is called 'metta' which is an intention to improve our emotional state and to return to our natural compassionate being by sending loving kindness toward others (including yourself).
