Presence Is the Greatest Gift is a calming meditation that invites you to fully arrive in the here and now. By gently turning your attention inward and anchoring in the present moment, this practice helps you experience presence as an offering—to yourself and to others. As you settle into awareness, you’ll discover how simply being here becomes a powerful gift of connection, peace, and quiet joy.

Hi my friend,

Give yourself the gift of truly being here,

There's nowhere else to go but right here,

If it feels right,

Maybe lay down,

Allow yourself to feel really grounded,

Held in a meditation posture where we lay down,

It's very much a reminder to surrender,

To really melt in this moment,

Feel free to listen to your body and what you need though,

Maybe closing your eyes if that feels right,

Take a breath in,

As you exhale soften,

Drop in,

Drop into your heart,

Drop into this moment in time,

You will never be this version of you again,

Slow down and be with yourself here,

Recognize that you are here,

You're not in the past,

You're not in the future,

Sink into this present moment,

Right now my friend there's no expectations of you,

You don't have to try hard here,

There's nothing to prove,

Follow your breath in,

Let it go,

Notice what is present on your heart,

What feelings are visiting,

Does your heart feel open or a little bit closed?

Notice what is present within your body,

What is your body trying to tell you?

Can you hear the whispers?

Notice what's on your mind,

What thoughts are passing through?

Breath in,

Breath out,

Brianna Weiss writes,

There's a saying that if you're anxious,

It's because you're living in the future,

And if you're depressed,

It's because you're living in the past When you're living in the present moment,

You realize that both the past and the future are just current illusions in the infinite,

Eternal now,

And that there are actually ways in which you can avoid being in your body The only place to find happiness is in the present moment,

Because that's the only place it truly exists Trying to find happiness by focusing on what could or might happen in the future is actually a process of disassociation Practice arriving into today by focusing on taking life one day at a time and doing the most with what you have in front of you currently There's a fine balance between living for the moment and taking care of your future self Your present self needs you This present moment needs you to be here Breathe around that,

Inhale,

Exhale Can you feel the power of the present moment and of your presence?

You get to choose to be here or not And remember,

It's a practice,

It's a practice of awareness and returning again and again and again No judgment,

Just keep coming back Inhale slow,

Release it Notice what's present here now Maybe notice how this present moment has allowed you to really arrive and let go of what's not serving you May you continue to find your way back to the present moment,

To your heart Breath in,

Breath out Really sink into this moment of peace a little longer Thank yourself for showing up,

For choosing to be here Reawaken your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes Maybe find a gentle stretch Rocking your head slowly side to side Let it go You know your body best Take it slow Carry this practice with you Blinking your eyes open From my heart to yours
