Some days we wake up feeling like a million bucks and then there are lots of others when... well, we feel like anything but that. No matter how you are feeling when you wake up to start the day, let's spend a few minutes meditating together to get our mindset right. By letting go and softening into the day, we can open ourselves up to what is meant for us. I want to help you feel centered and calm so you can enter the day as your best self.

Good morning take a moment here to place your hands on your heart if that feels okay and say good morning,

Insert your name,

I love you good morning,

Insert your name,

I love you saying this out loud,

Quietly,

Or in your mind notice already how that feels,

To greet yourself to meet the morning,

And this version of you with love take a slow breath in exhale breathe in let it go inhale deeply exhale each breath is a reminder that you are alive that you are here to see another day what a gift it is to be here to wake up feel into this deep gratitude becoming aware of the newness of this day ahead of you feeling proud of yourself for pausing first before you step in knowing that how you connect with yourself is exactly how you will connect with others throughout your day breathe in,

Exhale most of us wait for the end of the day to let go and soften and unwind what if instead you did that first can you allow yourself to soften your face,

Your shoulders feel already that you've done enough today feel the relaxation feel the ease feel the calm the groundedness breathe in exhale how would you like to feel today?

Instead of focusing on what you have to do how do you want to feel?

How do you want to move through your day?

And not just so it can be over but to actually be present and enjoy every moment and all the moments in between how do you want to experience this day?

Take a slow breath in exhale getting clear on your intention for this day loosening your grip on this day knowing that you cannot control every single thing but you can control how you show up in the steadiness of your heart and your breath in the clarity of your mind in the clarity of your mind breathe in exhale Brianna Pastor writes,

There are people waiting to meet you people waiting to love you there are places that stand still to meet you people waiting to love you there are places that stand still until you've stepped foot in them something really beautiful could happen for you today there is so much waiting for your arrival may this bring you peace and excitement and joy notice the shift within you inhaling through your nose exhale out your mouth may you remember to come back to your breath may you continue to re-center and refocus may you remember to move through your day focusing on how you want to feel feeling into this place of peace and calm and choosing to live from this place just for today knowing that you can handle each day as it comes your way and every morning is a big exhale as you start over and begin again placing your hands back on your heart placing your hands back on your heart ending today's practice just like we started good morning,
