Let your body feel heavy,
Releasing any effort,
Letting yourself sink and be held,
Closing your eyes if that feels right,
Diving inward,
Just see yourself in this moment,
Notice what is present on your heart,
On your mind and within your body.
Rediscover your breath,
Your deep,
Deep breath,
Inhale slowly,
Exhale slower,
Breath in,
Feel the lungs expand,
Your chest rise,
Exhale everything falls,
Everything softens.
Let yourself sink into a steady rhythm of your breath.
You get to choose the pace that serves you,
That calms you,
Inhale and exhale.
My friend,
What are you holding onto?
What are you carrying that you know is meant to be released?
Just like the leaves begin to fall,
Gently,
Effortlessly,
You too can do the same.
Exhale,
Let it fall away,
One leaf at a time.
Imagine releasing the weight,
The burdens,
The worries,
The fears,
Bringing awareness to what you're letting go,
Get really clear and intentional.
Visualize the leaf holding the energy of what you're releasing and watch it fall away.
Exhale,
Let it go,
Visualize the leaves falling,
Steady,
As you become more free,
You don't have to carry it all,
You have permission to let it fall,
Let it float away.
Most of what we carry is not ours,
We carry other people's limited beliefs,
We carry other people's opinions and emotions.
Breath in,
Exhale,
Let it fall away.
Notice what remains,
A strong,
Steady tree,
Free of what weighs them down,
Nature goes through this process of shedding,
Releasing,
Us humans need it too,
Welcoming in new growth,
Welcoming in what's true for you,
New thought patterns,
New beliefs,
Or maybe nothing just yet.
Just be without it.
Inhale slow,
Exhale slower,
Notice if there's anything lingering.
Are you ready to release it?
Say yes.
Breathe in,
Exhale,
Let it fall,
Be without it.
Notice how your heart,
Your mind,
Your body feels after this release.
How beautiful it is through breath and visualization,
We can set ourselves free,
We can let go here.
As you come back to this practice,
Whenever you feel heavy,
Overwhelmed,
You are free to let go again and again and again.

Go really slowly now.
Maybe stay laying down on the ground if you're there,
Just let yourself be in the quiet of your own mind.
Be grounded,
Held,
There is no rush.
Let it be intuitive how you come out of your practice today.
What a gift it is to be you in this moment,
To have the courage to let go,
To release and remember you are meant to be free,
To feel light,
To release it all,
To release all that doesn't serve you.
