Welcome to this moment drop into your heart really feel your shift in awareness breathing your way into the now inhale exhale notice how you feel in this moment allowing yourself to be as you are full acceptance of self begin to slowly imagine clouds above you visualize these clouds full of the worry the anxiety the stress you may feel imagine these clouds are dark within them the depths of maybe your sadness your fear overwhelm scarcity become aware of the darkness these clouds hanging over you maybe weighing you down become the observer and breathe as you witness these clouds inhale exhale now gently open your palms resting your hands on your lap palms open bring awareness to your heart begin to pile gratitude onto your heart onto your palms and as you sit with what you are grateful for imagine this gratitude creating a beam of light radiating from your heart and your palms rising up to break through the dark clouds i am grateful for for feel this power of gratitude as you repeat in your mind what you are grateful for really visualize this light breaking through all of the darkness to reveal a bright blue sky i am grateful for i am grateful for allow yourself to feel grateful for the tiny little things the seemingly mundane moments continue to pile gratitude within your soul and feel this transform this energy around you and setting free all your worry the sadness the ache the fear the doubt feeling gratitude break through it all breathe in exhale ah continue to cultivate gratitude visualize the light feel this overwhelming sense of gratitude now within your heart above you is a bright blue sky clear and as you breathe this light into your heart my friend one thing that's become so clear to me is that gratitude really is a superpower if you can cling on to it through times of adversity you'll always keep your head above water choose to be thankful for the lessons hidden within the pain gratitude is the light at the end of the tunnel the glimmer of hope when you feel like everything is falling apart when really everything is falling together feel this shift in your energy the power of your gratitude your light breathe in slow let it go carry this practice this visualization with you allow yourself to really sit in this energy of gratitude knowing you are worthy of this feeling only when you're ready breathe in let it go becoming present with the room around you aware of your body your heart grateful filled with light carry this with you from my heart to yours
