Welcome yourself into this moment,

Gently,

Softly closing the eyes if that feels safe.

Reconnect with your breath to drop into your inner world.

Breathe in slow,

Let it go.

Really feel your awareness move into your heart.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Growing closer to your heart,

Simply starting to see yourself here.

So often our minds are racing and swirling,

It's all because we're focused too much on the external world.

You can land safely into your inner sanctuary,

Breathing in,

Exhale,

Soften even more.

Not looking to escape reality,

But more so to meet your own reality within.

As you meet yourself here,

Whisper,

I AM LOVING AWARENESS.

What if you don't need to change anything outside of you in order to feel peace?

Feel the letting go here,

The relief.

You are a safe place to land.

You can experience a retreat within you.

Slow breath in,

Slower exhale.

It's okay if there are parts of you that feel heavy,

Sad,

Anxious.

Everything is allowed to exist in your inner world.

Can you feel how peace is still present?

Gratitude is still there.

Everything you are looking for is waiting within.

You just need to turn inward and come home to you.

Slow breath in,

Let it go.

When the world feels chaotic,

You can be your safe place.

What a gift it is to hold yourself,

To be there for you.

Can you feel the support of your own soul?

Feel the power of shifting into your inner world.

It's not to ignore anything that's happening.

It's simply to regulate,

To return back home,

To feel the ease and peace and calm.

You are free.

You are worthy of feeling good.

How does it feel to come back home to you and to be your own safe place?

Let it go.

Feeling this safe haven within you.

Maybe feeling this warm,

Bright light radiating from your heart center,

Wrapping you up in calm and safety and peace.

Holding yourself here.

Inhale slow,

Exhale slower.

If it feels right,

Maybe wrapping your arms around yourself,

Hugging yourself as you visualize the light surrounding you.

You are held and supported.

Only when you're ready,

Allow your hands to rest back into your lap.

Notice your inner world now.

Follow your breath in.

Feeling grounded and safe.

A little bit more calm and steady.

May you remember you can always return home to your inner world.

May you never forget that you are your greatest resource.

One more gentle breath in.

Take your sweet,

Sweet time,

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed,

Returning slowly back into your space.

May you carry this with you,

From my heart to yours.
