Placing your hands over your heart as you close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Big sigh out your mouth.
Inhale through your nose.
Pause,
Inhale through your nose a little bit more air.
Exhale out your mouth.
Soften,
Let it go.
Inhale through your nose.
Pause one more short inhale Let it go.
Inhale deeply.
Path.
Inhale.
Release.
Breath in.
Inhale.
Breath in.
Bye.
Inhale.
Release.
Breathe it in.
This time on your exhale make a shh sound.
Sound.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale,
Shh.
Breath in.
Exhale.
Let it all go.
Inhale.
Inhale and exhale.
One more like that,
Inhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Maybe a couple more rounds of either breath pattern that serves you the most.
Moment to be proud of yourself for pausing,
For choosing your breath.
Your breath is your anchor.
