Hello!

My name is Eden,

And I am a therapist,

Reiki teacher,

And meditation guide.

Now,

Whether you've found this meditation through one of my Reiki courses or just through the web of life,

Welcome!

These meditations are intended to deepen your relationship to your intuition and gifts,

And facilitate an understanding of your own internal landscape.

Each meditation is also a tool that can be offered to yourself or a client,

So I invite you to notice what shifts within you before,

During,

After,

Beyond the meditation,

Cataloging the effects with words and feelings and sensations,

Just letting yourself take note.

Allow it to be personal and universal.

Let's begin.

Go ahead and find a tall yet gentle spine,

And a relaxation all the way down and through the face.

Just letting yourself take a moment here to find some space in the body.

Some support,

Too.

And today,

We're going to be speaking on manifesting.

This is a word that is so often thrown around these days,

And it is real.

And while it is often overdone or perhaps misused,

It is true.

And there are gifts here.

We know that everything in the universe is essentially vibration.

And we know that like vibration attracts like vibration.

Right?

We know that sometimes you sneeze and a guitar on the wall starts to sing.

That's resonance.

The vibration found another home that could hold it.

And manifesting is really the same thing.

We want to be the beacon,

Be that guitar on the wall that can hold the resonance of the thing that you desire.

So taking a moment to just do a gentle catalog of the day,

The week,

Maybe the month or year,

And choosing something that you would like to attract.

Maybe it's a situation,

Maybe an opportunity or a person or a feeling.

And what is it that you would like to work on manifesting right now?

Now to be the vessel that is ready to hold this vibration,

To be the vessel that resonates with the vibration of the desire,

You must embody that desire as if it already exists.

This is almost the science behind fake it till you make it,

Right?

Being the thing,

Acting as if it is already here.

So just take a few moments here and consider what would it feel like to have this already here within me,

Next to me,

Offered to me.

Can you see it in your mind's eye?

Really letting yourself picture it right in front of you too.

Getting really particular with the visuals and letting your feeling come online too.

Maybe there's excitedness or giddiness or peace,

Whatever it is,

Let it be already here within you.

Building the resonance within your system now so that it can more easily find you in the physical world.

And just gently relaxing the mind whenever it wants to come back online to focus on something other than this feeling,

This picture of it already being here.

Of course,

These protective stories will come up and we just don't need them right now.

We can worry about logistics or whatever else later,

But right now we are just attracting.

What would it be like?

What would you feel like in your body if this was already here?

And offer that feeling to your body now.

Over and over again,

Flexing this muscle,

This manifestation muscle.

You are deserving.

You are capable.

You are willing.

You are loving.

Offering this to yourself right now.

Relaxing anywhere in the body that is already tensed back up.

Letting it go.

Finding space again as you invite this feeling,

This knowing in once more.

Really letting it get into your physical body through relaxing as you feel it.

Good.

You deserve this.

What you desire,

You deserve.

And knowing that you can always come back to this feeling to pull in this manifestation.

Remembering that manifestation also does not exist on our three-dimensional timeline.

It's on its own.

So stay the course while also releasing any pressure for yourself to be any type of way around a time frame.

We invite in intention and we release expectation and we keep showing up.

That's the other key of manifesting.

It's not a one and done and it's not only in the mind and the body.

It's not just a feeling.

It's also aligned action.

Aligned action.

So we've cultivated this ability to hold the resonance of the thing you desire.

And as we gently shift out of this meditation and go about the rest of our day,

Our lives,

You're presented with opportunities within every decision,

Every choice,

To act in alignment around that thing you desire.

Treating each of those micro decisions as their own resonance tool.

Attracting this thing that you desire.

Two-fold here.

This is embodiment.

Feeling it within and letting it move out.

Deep breath in and long breath out.

Finding that relaxation and support again.

Taking one more moment to turn inward,

Making a gentle promise to yourself for the day.

And then whenever you are ready to rejoin the day,

To rejoin this life that presents all of these choices and decisions and moments unfolding,

You can blink your eyes open.

Deep breath in and out.
