Welcome.
These meditations are intended to deepen your relationship to your intuition and gifts,
And facilitate an understanding of your own internal landscape.
Each meditation is also a tool that can be offered to yourself or a client,
So I invite you to notice what shifts within you before,
During,
After,
Beyond the meditation,
Cataloging the effects with words and feelings and sensations,
Just letting yourself take note.
Allow it to be personal and universal.
Let's begin.
So today I'm going to be offering a daily chakra alignment meditation for psychic awareness.
And this is from a dear friend Jess,
Who adapted it from Marianne DeMarco's own practice.
So wherever you are,
Just gently closing down the eyes and allowing yourself to arrive here in this space.
Whatever you need.
Take that now to start to release the day and be here.
Give yourself permission to simply exist,
Knowing there is nothing for you to do than to just be.
And go ahead and take three deep breaths in through your nose,
And slowly exhale through the mouth,
Letting any tension in the body melt away.
And take a few more like that,
Letting your breath be your main focus,
Guiding you into stillness.
And just allow yourself to feel yourself fully arriving in this moment,
Relaxing the muscles in the face,
The jaw,
The forehead,
The mouth.
Allow the shoulders to fall.
The bones and muscles of the body gently sink to the floor,
Feeling grounded,
Connected,
Supported,
Knowing that they all need one another within you and they can all relax right now.
And just starting to imagine that you are walking at the beginning of a quiet path.
And try not to think too hard about it,
Just simply allowing whatever comes up to arrive.
And if a path doesn't come to you easily,
You can simply remember a path that you've walked,
That feels peaceful and safe.
And just gently strolling along this path,
No rush,
Taking in the sights,
The smells,
The sounds,
And just allowing the calm,
Supported energy of this space to flow in and out with your breath,
Feeling yourself at peace.
And as you walk along this path,
You find that you come now to a staircase.
It's as if this staircase has been cut and pasted directly along your path.
And just try to allow this staircase to look exactly as it first appears in your mind,
Giving it permission to just simply exist.
And slowly approaching the bottom stair and taking a step,
Notice how it turns a beautiful,
Bright red color.
Instantly you feel connected to earth energy,
Fully grounded,
Safe,
Supported.
And now you take the next step and you watch as it illuminates bright,
Beautiful orange,
Regulating your emotions,
Feeling calm and centered,
Activating your creative expression,
Igniting your motivations and your passions.
Next step,
Yellow,
Releasing the ego,
Feeling strong and in tune with your inner truth and divine trust,
Enlivening your self-confidence,
Asserting your self-worth,
And opening the channels of your intuition.
And now the next step,
Radiant green,
Peeling back the layers of your heart,
Allowing it to open and spread like water,
Feeling the energy of unconditional love all around you,
A love that does not fluctuate but stays constant and unchanging,
Filling your inner being with compassion and care.
And the next step now,
Blue.
Feeling your voice and words align with your true self,
The truth of your inner knowing,
Freedom to express,
Fully connected to your purpose and your path,
A willingness to claim it.
And next step,
Purple,
Awakening your third eye,
Opening to your inner vision and higher knowing,
Allowing universal wisdom to flow in with ease.
And the top step of the staircase now,
A radiant bright white,
Opening the crown chakra,
Connecting fully with your soul energy,
Inviting divine white light to pour in from the top of your head,
Down your shoulders and arms,
Down your torso,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Completely enveloping you,
Holding you,
Cleansing you in beautiful,
Bright,
Divine,
Universal light.
And now with both feet firmly planted at the top of the staircase,
Breathe in and out,
Soaking in the richness of your whole being.
I want to invite you now to explore the notion of having a spirit team.
Everyone has a spirit team.
This team consists of supportive energies that are here to help and guide you.
They might include ancestors,
Loved ones who have passed,
Spiritual guides,
Angels,
Or any beings you feel drawn to.
It could even be your highest self.
Whether you know exactly who they are or just sense their presence,
Think of them as your personal support network,
Always available when you need them.
And if you have trouble visualizing,
Don't worry.
It's about feeling their presence and trusting they are here with you.
So in your mind's eye,
Go ahead and invite your team in.
You might say something like,
I welcome my spirit team to guide and assist me.
And sense their calming presence around you.
Noticing the sensations,
Sense of comfort,
Or simply knowing that you're supported.
Trusting your guides are there.
And now with the help of your spirit team,
Ask them to begin gently pulling away any stagnant energy that may be clinging to you.
Any energy you have picked up that doesn't support your highest good.
Feel your team pulling this stagnant energy away from you.
Like pulling cobwebs,
Loosening and clearing anything that no longer serves you.
Feel the thread of these cobwebs stretch and release as they're slowly peeled off one by one.
Now,
Feel a magnet at your heart's center.
With each breath,
Gently begin to call back all of your scattered energy from all corners of the earth.
Draw it back slowly from all the people,
Situations,
And stresses that you've encountered.
See these energetic threads and watch your energy gently disentangle,
Returning to you,
To your heart's center.
Feel a sense of wholeness and completeness,
Fully uplifted in the light.
Watch as this energy begins to expand just beyond the body,
Cradling you in a protective bubble of bright light.
Sit here for a moment,
Basking in the peace and comfort of being fully supported and completely held.
Now,
Invite your highest possible spirit guide to step forward.
However they come,
Trust it,
Allowing your guide to show themselves with ease.
Invite your guide to be with you.
If you can,
Take a look at their features,
However they show up,
Without judgment or thoughts.
Simply sharing a space with them.
And now,
You can ask them any questions you have,
But I offer you to ask what you need right now in this work.
Allow the conversation to unfold gently,
No pressure,
No rush.
Letting their answers reveal themselves in their own time and way.
Taking a few moments now to sit with your guides.
It's now time to begin wrapping up our time with your guide.
So thank them for their guidance,
Their wisdom,
Their assistance,
Knowing you can reach them at any time.
And slowly turning back to the staircase,
Calling in radiant white light once again.
Completely surrounding you,
Feeling at peace and connected within.
And then step down.
Purple,
Feeling fully connected to your inner vision and higher knowing.
Blue,
Your voice and words align with the highest good.
Green,
Feeling filled with unconditional love and compassion.
Yellow,
Fully connected,
Totally aligned with your true self.
Orange,
Feeling calm and centered and supported.
Red,
Safe,
Grounded,
Held.
Fully arriving back into your peaceful path that led you here.
Once more,
Allowing yourself to take in the sounds,
The sights,
The sensations of this safe and peaceful place.
Feeling gratitude for the experience of this existence and support.
And then gently beginning to bring your awareness back into your body.
Noticing the sounds of the room,
The air on your skin.
Maybe inviting in some small movements into the fingers and toes.
Larger movements into the hands,
Feet,
Neck.
And when you're ready,
In your own time,
Gently blink your eyes open and welcome yourself back into the space.
