I want you to tap into this practice every time you feel some resistance,
Some scarcity around money.
We're going to start by getting ourselves comfortable,
Taking a seat or a lie down,
But just making sure that your spine is nice and long.
Closing or lowering your eyes.
And we'll just start by taking a few deep breaths together.
So first of all,
Exhale everything out.
Then take a slow breath in through the nose.
And sigh out through the mouth.
As loud and as long as you want to.
We're going to do two more like that together.
Take a big breath in through the nose.
Sigh out through the mouth.
One more time,
Big breath in.
Let it go.
I'm just breathing in and out through your nose now.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And see if you can make both your inhales and your exhales the same length,
Or maybe the exhales go out a little bit longer.
And as you're breathing nice and slow,
Just focusing on breathing deep into the belly.
And every time you feel like your mind wanders off,
Just bringing it back to that slow,
Slow belly breath.
And as you're slowing down your breath,
Allowing your jaw to soften.
Your forehead to relax,
Your eyes.
Your shoulders get heavier.
Your legs get heavier.
Just keep on breathing.
Bringing yourself fully into the body.
Now whilst we're here,
Breathing nice and slowly.
I want you to think of a thought that you've been having around money recently?
Maybe it's a feeling of needing more or not having enough.
Just bringing that thought to life.
Forward.
And then as you notice that thought,
Drop back down into the body.
And see if you can notice where that feeling associated with the thought sits in the body.
And rather than think about it,
See if you can feel it.
And once you have that feeling,
You've located where that thought sits in the body,
Just acknowledge it for a moment.
Try not to change it.
See if you can sit with that discomfort.
Knowing that you are safe.
As you observe that feeling.
Just noticing.
Trying to Be with the feeling without analyzing,
Without judging.
And then I want you to shift your focus to somewhere that's touching the ground.
Could be your sit bones,
Could be your feet.
But looking for that feeling of being rooted,
Being anchored,
Being grounded.
And notice how that has shifted the feeling in the body.
How does focusing on an anchored point,
A rooted point,
Feel in your body?
Then drawing your focus back to the point in your body where you feel that scarcity.
And then flick back to that feeling of groundedness.
And just keep on flicking back and forth between those two feelings.
Acknowledging that they both exist here in the body.
We don't need to choose one or the other right now.
They're both there.
They both exist.
Into the point where You allow yourself to just be,
You stop flicking between the two and allow them to just both exist in the body,
Both be as they are without changing,
Without judging.
Just accepting.
Now I want you to think of a time in your life where you have felt like you are enough,
You have enough,
You are safe.
Just taking a moment to Think about that time.
Really vividly imagine yourself there,
Whatever it is.
And then once you have that memory,
Notice how your body feels.
Sitting in that feeling of safety.
Of being enough,
Of having enough.
And I want you to lock that feeling in,
So bring your left hand onto your heart,
Your right hand onto your stomach.
And just slightly lower your head down and just really absorb that feeling in.
And this gesture of your hand on your heart,
On your belly,
Your head lowered.
This gesture becomes.
The key to unlocking that feeling of safety,
Of being enough,
Of having enough.
So whenever you need now moving forward,
You can come back to this feeling by using this gesture.
Take a slow breath in.
Blow out through the imaginary straw.
When you're ready,
Gently start to open your eyes.
Just taking in the room around you.
Taking that feeling with you,
Knowing you can access it whenever you need.
Have a beautiful day.
