Let's take a moment to get comfortable,
Either lie down or take a seat somewhere you won't be disturbed and allow your eyes to gently close,
Your body to soften,
Your shoulders to melt away from the ears.
We're going to begin by grounding into the present moment using the breath.
We'll be breathing in for the count of four,
Holding for four and breathing out for six.
If at any point the count or the hold doesn't feel good you can just let it go,
Come back to a slow steady breath instead.
So let's start by breathing out all of the air,

Take a deep breath in through the nose and a big sigh out the mouth.

Take another deep breath in,
Sigh it out,
One more time breathe in,
Let it out,
Come back to a really slow steady breath,
Breathing into the belly,
Feeling the belly expand as you inhale,
Feeling the belly draw back towards the spine as you exhale.
Breathing steady,
Breathing slow,
And with every breath,
Allow your body to grow even more relaxed,
Even more grounded.
With every exhale,
Let go of the day so far,
Let go of tension,
Let go of expectation,
And let go of the need to figure it all out.
You are safe here,
You are supported.
Now bring your awareness to the crown of your head,
Noticing any tingling sensations,
Any pulsing,
Any vibrating right at the crown of the head,
And then imagine a gentle golden light beginning to pour in from above.
The light feels warm,
Peaceful,
Nourishing.
It slowly starts to move through the body,
Down through your head,
Through your jaw,
Your neck,
It melts down your shoulders and arms,
Into your chest,
Into your belly.
And as this light's moving through you,
It's clearing any heaviness you've been carrying.
It starts to move down through your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
All the way down into your feet.
You are being cleansed,
Cleared,
Recharged.
Sitting with that feeling for a moment,
Feeling yourself open,
Feeling the softening of the body,
Feeling yourself aligning energetically.
Now I want you to imagine you're standing at the edge of a beautiful forest.
You notice the range of bright colours,
The smell in the air,
You feel safe and expansive.
And as you're looking around,
Absorbing and soaking everything in,
A path appears in front of you.
As you begin to walk along this path,
You start to feel lighter with every step,
Like you're shedding anything that no longer belongs to you.
Letting go of the doubt,
The fear,
Comparison,
Pressure,
It all starts to dissolve.
And you feel yourself trusting and knowing that you're walking towards clarity,
Towards alignment and towards your true self.
In the distance,
You start to see a figure standing in the sunlight,
Waiting for you.
As you approach her,
She turns and it's you,
Your future self.
The version of you who is living the life that you dream of,
Who is fulfilled,
Who is free,
Who is so deeply connected to herself,
Her purpose and her path.
Take a moment to observe her.
Soak her in.
What does she look like?
How does she carry herself?
What energy does she radiate?
What has she created in her life?
What kind of work does she do?
What does a typical day look like for her?
Soak her in.
She takes your hand and walks you to a beautiful wooden bench in the sun.
You sit together and she is smiling at you.
And as you look at her,
You ask her,
What does she want you to know right now?
Let her speak.
You don't have to force the answer.
Just allow whatever message or whatever feeling comes up.
What does she want you to know right now?
Ask her.
What would it look like to take the first step towards becoming her?
What would she do next?
How would she spend her time?
How would she speak to herself?
How would she communicate?
How would she move through her day?
Ask her and listen.
Don't force.
You are not separate from her.
She already lives within you.
Trust that.
Know that.
All you're doing right now is remembering.
As you prepare to return,
Gently thank your future self.
Let her know you'll be back.
That you're ready to begin showing up for the life she's already living.
Maybe you hug her.
And then return to the path home.
You take one last look at her.
You can see her there standing,
Smiling.
Proud of everything you've done so far to get to where you are right now.
Proud of who you are.
And she's proud of everything you're about to do to get to where she is.
You start to walk back along the path.
And with every step back,
Knowing that everything you need is already inside of you.
Remember.
Trust.
Accept.
Your home.
Starting to steady and slow down the breath.
Bring an awareness back to your body.
Wiggling your fingers,
Your toes.
Take a deep breath in.
And a slow breath out.
And before you open your eyes,
I want you to anchor this in with three affirmations.
Repeating either after me out loud or in your mind.
I am becoming the woman I'm meant to be.
I trust my path.
And the timing of my life.
My next step is unfolding with clarity and ease.
Feeling those affirmations soak in nice and deep into your body.
And when you're ready,
