Hello and welcome to this self-confidence affirmation practice.
First of all just take a moment to get comfortable and then when you're ready just close or lower your eyes and just take a few deep breaths.
Breathing in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
One more time breathe in,
Let it out.
Just come back to a slow steady breath,
Place one hand on your heart and feel your breath moving in and out of the body.
Breathing in nice and steady,
Nice and slow.
Feeling the rise and fall of the chest,
The rise and the fall of your belly.
And with every slow breath just allow the body to grow even more rooted,
Even more grounded.
Even more relaxed.
Softening the jaw,
Softening the forehead,
The eyes.
And then either saying out loud or in your mind,
I am here to step into my power and embrace my confidence fully.

I am here to step into my power and embrace my confidence fully.
Now repeating the rest of these affirmations either out loud or in your mind with confidence,
With conviction,
With belief.
I trust myself and my abilities.
I am worthy of success and happiness.
I radiate confidence,
Self-respect and inner strength.
My voice is powerful and my words matter.
I deserve to take up space and be seen for who I truly am.
