Welcome to this mindful pause meditation.
I like to do this practice when I feel like I'm moving through the world in autopilot and I'm like hey wait a minute I want to enjoy my life and be more present.
So sit back relax and let's begin.
Bring your body into the most comfortable and relaxed pose that you can think of right now even if you don't feel that way and just really allow yourself physically energetically to kick back signaling to your entire system let's take a break maybe heaving a couple sighs audible sighs to really drive that message home.
We're on a break right now and then asking yourself what is a quality that I'd like to cultivate right now?
Be it presence,
Mindfulness,
Aliveness,
Engagement,
Whatever it is beginning to welcome more of this quality into this space of meditation through intention,
Movement,
And feeling how as this quality starts to enter your space start to permeate your space feeling how that travels across all the layers of your being and as you let it wash over you more and more feeling it sink deeper and deeper into your bones feeling the way that this quality enlivens you what parts of your body your heart your mind are lighting up noticing how tuned up and refreshed you feel and as we begin to transition out of this practice inviting some of what we just cultivated into the rest of your day
