This meditation requires a little courage.
We will literally have to undress in front of a mirror and fully accept ourselves.
Find an area where you feel protected,
Completely at ease.
Sit,
Lie down or even stand.
We will take five deep breaths together before starting to work on projecting our naked image in front of a mirror.
You can breathe through your mouth or nose as you prefer.
Completely relax your shoulders.
Let's start.
I will count till five.
We will hold the breath for three,
Then release for five.
Let's go with the first breath.
Breathe in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Release one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Breathe in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
One more.
Breathe in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Now breathe normally.
Let's find a mirror,
Better if this will allow us to see our whole body.
We take one thing at a time and get naked on the upper body.
Our goal is to love our beings even more,
To go beyond that image that the society is trying to give us,
The image that we have of the way we used to look,
The image that we aim to look.
We continue to observe ourselves,
To go beyond the body,
Which is nothing more than a container.
Our true essence,
Our soul,
Our heart,
Are much more relevant than our skin.
What we see in that image,
In that reflection,
In the mirror,
Is now what we are truly inside.
Let go.
Abandon yourself to the waves of the sea.
Hug yourself.
Caress your face.
Love yourself more than you have ever had.
I'll leave you a few minutes to enjoy this moment of intimacy with yourself.
I'm back to do a few more breaths together before saying goodbye.
You can choose if you want to breathe through your mouth or through your nose.
Let's take three breaths at your own pace.
Don't forget to love yourself.
You should always take care of yourself.
Do your best.
But remember that the purpose is not to dislike yourself or hate your body.
Give yourself a big,
Big hug.
Congratulate yourself for having been so brave.
I send you a big hug.
Namaste.
