Can we trust the universe? Yes, we can. This meditation/poem is to be done in order to let things and people go. Whatever or whoever needs to be in our lives will still be there and more are to come. Relax yourself and listen to my voice while I read this poem and we surround ourselves of love, support and good people. See you soon!

A short version of the best seller book “Let Them”. Well done! This is a keeper.

Exactly what I needed to hear after a disturbing voicemail. Sometimes it’s easy to say “let them” when I’m trying to focus throughout the day. Then I hear disturbing news and the grief washes over me while I’m still trying to say, “let them”. 😢tysm4 these encouraging words
