Good morning.

Let's start the day by spending some time alone,

Alone with ourselves.

Have you prepared your favorite drink?

With small sips,

You appreciate the flavor.

Do you have something to eat and that you are grateful for?

This meditation is mainly focused on making us spend time alone,

Especially in the morning,

Writing in our diary or on our laptop or simply on a sheet of paper.

We give thanks for what we are grateful for and in this way we change our attitude to life.

We open an horizon full of possibilities and over time we receive more,

For which we can then express of course more gratitude.

We very often focus instead on the things that are lacking in our life,

On the negativity and we forget how much love and positive things are part of our existence and of which we could be happy.

Get your diary,

Your favorite pen,

Your favorite color.

I chose the color green today.

Open a page and write this sentence.

Five things I'm grateful for.

Now take some time to think about it but don't spend too much time on it.

What you write could be important things like life,

Health or something else or even a little more frugal like your cappuccino,

Your car or whatever you feel grateful for.

I'll leave you a few minutes while I write mine too.

You can also draw something alongside some flowers,

Some stars,

Some hearts.

Let yourself go.

Find the child inside you.

Who said that we cannot continue to live the innocence that we had when we were children and that due to various events in our lives we have at times repressed.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you I will leave you a few more moments to think about your things if you are not done yet.

Then we will move to another activity that will allow us to reflect on something positive and in this way attract even more positive elements into our life.

Still on the same page or on another page write five things you love.

We focus on how much happiness already exists in our life or what fills our heart when we do it or live it.

Maybe some of the things you write will be similar to the previous ones but remember that there's nothing right or wrong here.

Follow your heart and reflect on what warms your soul.

You you you you you you you you you you To finish we will do one last activity in which you can pick from these two options.

Option A.

Choose three positive words that determine the dominant theme of your day.

Option B.

Think about a phrase like I am peace.

I am surrounded by love.

I love what I have and what I am.

I give you some time to think about it.

You you You can also hand the page with a motivational quote by drawing some flowers hearts or anything that makes you feel good.

We never forget that innocent child that is in us and that despite our age maturity continues to exist.

You you you Now we're gonna do a series of three breaths.

We inhale for four and exhale for five.

I will count for you.

You can breathe through your nose or through your mouth with deep sighs if you do through your mouth or you can also decide to breathe and keep your mouth closed by breathing through your throat.

The sound is more like this.

It's almost like the sound of the sea.

So I will count for you.

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Four,

Five.

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Last one.

Inhale for two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Now go back to your normal breathing.

What you did today by spending some of your time after being awake by writing in your diary can be an activity that will become part of your routine or just for those moments when you feel it when you want to take some time to reflect on how much positive aspects are already in your life and what more of them could actually come.

These will help you more than what you might think.

Thank you so much for being here with me.

Have a wonderful day.

Take care.

Thank you.
