We passed the middle of January 2024 and we've already made many intentions for the new year.
Maybe we haven't kept them all yet.
More goals are to come,
But no matter what,
In this moment,
We're taking a break from all that,
From all the commitment,
The efforts of being focused and doing our best.
We take a deep breath and just let ourselves go.
We put so much on our shoulders,
And though we believe sometimes to be invincible,
We all need a moment of letting go.
Let's take three breaths together,
Either through your nose or your mouth,
With a very low tone of voice,
All of us.
Now we're going to do a series of breaths,
Like clovering one of our nostrils,
Holding our breath,
And then let go through the other nostril.
We're going to wait a few more seconds and then inhale again.
It's going to be a total of ten breaths,
Just to clarify.
You clover the right nostril,
You breathe through the left nostril,
You hold it,
You release through the right nostril,
You wait to breathe,
Then you breathe through the right nostril,
Hold it,
Release through the left nostril,
Wait to breathe,
And stretch the nostril.
