If we want to have a better life, we can start small with a better tomorrow. Join me in this visualization for tomorrow. Together, we will go through the day and get ready for it. We will feel quieter, more balanced and at ease. Let's visualize together and relax!

Hello.

Don't you all want to have a better tomorrow?

So today we are gonna actually work on that.

But before thinking about and visualise the tomorrow that we want to have,

We are gonna take some breaths together so we can be ready for that in a better calm and quiet space.

So we are gonna start with three deep breaths.

Do your best to do it through your nose if possible,

Otherwise the mouth is always great.

Try as much as possible to have your exhale longer than the inhale.

Now we are gonna do ten breaths together.

But we are gonna try not to pause between the inhalation and the exhalation.

Five more.

Now you can go back to the normal breathing.

And I would recommend if it's possible to close your eyes,

You can stay in a seated position,

You can lie down,

Whatever you feel more comfortable with.

So step by step I'm gonna guide you through this visualisation and you're gonna imagine and visualise your tomorrow.

Visualise yourself first as your best self.

Waking up in the morning healthy,

Well rested,

Energised.

Imagine the sunlight coming through the windows.

You get up and as your feet touch the ground you feel a sense of gratitude for another day.

Really feel your heart with that gratitude.

And then you can see in your mind,

I am grateful for today.

I am excited for today.

I am joyful for today.

And as the morning starts to unroll for you,

You see yourself brushing your teeth,

Taking your time,

Like being mindful to brush every single tooth.

Then as you go in the shower,

You visualise yourself feeling calm,

Balanced,

Ease,

You feel stillness.

You feel the water falling on you,

Washing away the night and preparing you for a beautiful day.

When you come out of the shower,

Because you chose what you were going to wear the night before,

You don't feel any stress,

Any rush,

Everything is all there set for you.

Now see yourself setting the intention,

Writing down what your day is going to be.

My intention for today is to be focused,

My intention for today is to be disciplined,

My intention for today is to be of service.

You can add whatever you feel comfortable with,

Something that makes you happy,

Something that cheer you up,

Something that encourages you for a better day.

Visualise the whole morning again as realistically as you can.

Your normal routine,

The beverage that you drink,

The food that you eat,

If you do some exercise in the morning,

Some meditation,

Some yoga poses,

Believe it,

You feel it,

You welcome all of it into your life,

Feeling fresh,

Feeling full of your oldies energy that you don't have to pay for,

It's all inside of you.

Now visualise yourself continuing the day as your best self.

You see yourself inspiring others,

Leading others,

Guiding others,

Sharing with others,

Listening to others,

Learning from them,

Being open to them,

To their feedback and to their thoughts.

See yourself in this dynamic environment,

Giving your best and receiving your best.

Then the day continues and goes and goes and then you finally get back home.

You may be tired but you are happy,

You want to sit down and rest,

But you are grateful for whatever you have,

A job,

A life,

Family,

Friends,

A home.

You have more than so many people and you feel a sense of gratitude,

Feeling your heart,

And you're smiling,

Maybe you're also crying of joy.

You see yourself in the evening but instead of being on your phone or watching a TV show,

You come up with new ideas to spend that time meaningfully.

And it's your choice,

It's your life,

It's your choice,

It's your time,

Nobody else.

When you visualize yourself getting into bed at a good time,

You see yourself looking up and say,

I am grateful for today.

I will wake up tomorrow feeling healthy,

Energized and rested.

Thank you.

Then you visualize yourself scanning through your body and thanking each part of your body for helping you throughout the day.

When you're ready,

In your own time,

At your own pace,

Slowly and gently open your eyes.

This is a little note because though we visualized our tomorrow,

Maybe not all the things gonna happen,

The way we visualized them,

But that's okay.

Because even though visualization doesn't change your life,

It changes how you see it.

You can build your life by returning to the ideal that you imagined.

Whenever you feel that your life is out of alignment,

You realign it with the visualization.

Now let's take another three breaths together through our nostrils.

Now I'm gonna leave you with the beautiful music and while you're listening to it,

You can do this visualization,

Taking your own time,

Going through the different steps,

Waking up in the morning,

Getting up,

Brushing your teeth,

Showering,

Having breakfast,

Maybe working,

Leaving your house,

Running errands,

Doing different chores,

Getting back home,

Doing some activities that you planned,

What you came up with at the moment,

Then later going to bed,

Scanning your body,

And wishing yourself sweet dreams.
