So go ahead and find a comfortable seat.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze and bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows.
This is the third eye chakra or Ajna in Sanskrit.
Visualize an indigo light emanating from this area of your body.
This chakra is our insight.
It allows us to have wisdom and clarity.
As you continue to focus on this area,
And the lovely indigo light emanating from it,
Notice these qualities within yourself.
This is your intuition,
Your inner knowing.
Allow this light to expand from beyond the third eye chakra around your entire body,
Allowing these qualities to grow within you.
