This is a 30-second practice encouraging you to stop and take 3 breaths. Bringing awareness to our breath can help calm & focus us, relieve stress, and help us be more present and aware. It can be used multiple times throughout the day as a reminder to take a pause or you can use it in the height of a situation that has you feeling tense or stressed. Notice how you feel physically, energetically, and mentally after trying this brief practice.
