Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit,
Ensure your back is straight,
But not rigid,
And your hands are resting gently on your lap.
Once you are settled,
Close your eyes gently.
Let's begin.
Pierce some part of your nectar-filled form.
Your body is a vessel filled with the nectar of life,
But it's essential to understand that you are not just your body.
Your consciousness exists beyond the physical form.
Take a moment to reflect on this separation.
You are the observer,
The consciousness within,
And your body is the vessel you inhabit.
This understanding is the first step.
Now,
If you have a physical ailment or discomfort in your body,
You can use it for this practice.
If not,
You can create a small,
Controlled discomfort by pinching your skin gently with your fingers.
The intention is not to cause harm or significant pain,
But to create a sensation that you can focus on.
Choose the point where you want to focus your attention.
It could be an area with minor pain or discomfort if you have one,
Or simply a point where you can create a gentle sensation using your fingers.
Keep your attention fixed on this point.
As you concentrate on this point,
You might notice that the sensation,
The discomfort,
Begins to shrink.
It becomes smaller,
More pinpointed.

This happens because your awareness is guiding you deeper within,
Beyond the physical discomfort.
Now,
If you have a pin or a needle with you,
You can use it for this practice.
If not,
You can imagine using one.
Very gently,
With utmost care,
And without causing any harm,
Touch the pin or needle to the chosen point on your body.
If you are not using a physical pin,
Imagine this process vividly in your mind.
Feel the pin or needle touching your skin,
Entering it ever so gently.
As it pierces your skin,
Keep your awareness fixed on the sensation.
You are not the one being pierced.
It is your body that is being touched by the pin.
As the pin enters,
Notice any sensations that arise.
Observe them with a sense of detachment.
You are the observer.
You are the observer,
And this is just an experience occurring within your body.
Pierce the skin gently in your imagination,
And with each imaginary movement,
Let your awareness penetrate deeper within yourself.
This practice is a metaphor for entering the inner realms of your being,
Beyond the physical.
As you do this,
You might notice a shift in your consciousness.
You are no longer solely identified with your body.
