So to begin,

If you'd sit up nice and tall,

Have your palms facing down on the tops of your thighs if you want to be grounded to the universe,

Or palms up if you want to receive the universe's energy.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and blow out through your mouth.

Feel the cool air entering your nose,

Filling your body with energy,

Love,

And light,

And blowing out the warm air in any worries or anxiety or fear that doesn't serve you.

Feel the bliss of your own breath,

Calming you,

Loving you,

Reminding you that you are enough.

Your presence in this world is enough.

You have always been enough and you will always be.

You are calm,

You are confident,

And you are relaxed.

In this moment there's nothing for you to do.

But to be still,

Feel the peace that your breath and your heartbeat gives you.

Effortlessly,

Without thought,

Your breath and your heartbeat gives you life.

This is an amazing gift.

Your life,

Your presence here,

Is a gift you did nothing to earn.

Your only responsibility is to love the life you live.

And when you do,

You will live a life of love.

Today,

Tomorrow,

And every day that comes after.

You,

My dear one,

Are exactly where you're meant to be.

So as you begin and or continue your day,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And blow out through your mouth,

And remind yourself that you are enough.

And you,

In this moment,

Are exactly where you're meant to be.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Awaken your body,

And go live your best life today and every day.
