In this moment, Unheal meditations. I dare you. It's not often we equate calm, Peace, And meditation with I dare you. I dare you to show up a champion. I dare you to give your very best. I dare you to equate your peace and pain and struggle. With joy and love. I dare you to recognize there's nothing for you to do and overproduce in this moment. I dare you to recognize that you showing up is enough. I dare you to use your struggle as a means to reach out to another human being out of care and empathy and love. I dare you to let yourself see the possibilities for your life and the freedom that you've never known. I dare you to stop looking at everyone else for confirmation that you are where you belong. I dare you to stop seeking your self-worth and acceptance from other people and to give it to yourself. I dare you to start filling your own cup first, Waking up in the morning and doing one thing that you love for five minutes. I dare you to tell yourself, I am worthy for simply being alive. I dare you to seek your own peace and center when there is nothing but chaos around you to find your own quiet space inside your heart. To listen for the cadence of your heartbeat and to hear the inhale and exhale of your breath. I dare you to see your life as a masterpiece made for you to live. That no one else can tell you how to live it but you. I dare you to live the biggest best life you could ever imagine. I dare you to use your life as a model of love. I dare you.
