A brief meditation for any soul enduring a challenging, stressful, or uprooting time and would benefit from space to re-remember they are okay - to take a breath and remember storms pass in this earthly life.

Transcript

In this moment,

On Heal Meditations,

Take a deep breath in and exhale through your nose.

I know the storm,

The thunder,

The lightning.

You wonder when it will ever end.

The storms always end.

But when we're in it,

In the tornado,

The hurricane of our lives,

Sometimes the only thing we can hold onto is our hope and our faith that tomorrow will be better than today.

Feel your heartbeat.

Take in the air you breathe and let go of the gripping.

You are being molded,

Stretched,

Torn open,

And the storm will pass in its own time.

And you will be stronger or wiser for it.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth and remind yourself it is okay,

Even good,

To be unsettled.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your throat.

I liked how you start off with the fact that being in the storm isn't permanent. You then emphasized that the storm passes at its on time. I kinda feel lost that when will my storm pass. You gave me hope that I will be stronger.
