Welcome to your morning.

This time before your day really begins is special.

This time is all about you,

Being there for you,

Listening to you,

Taking care of you.

You are important.

Wherever you are,

Whatever you are doing,

See if you can pause for a moment and find a bit of stillness.

Feel your feet rooted strong into the earth or your body sturdy and strong in your seat.

Notice if there is any part of your body that would like your attention this morning.

You start to move a little and see what happens,

What it feels like,

What speaks to you.

Listen to shake out your arms or your whole body.

Maybe it might feel nice and relaxing to roll your neck or your shoulders.

Perhaps your body might love to take a long,

Full stretch,

Lengthening your spine,

Reaching your arms straight into the sky above you and rooting through the ground like the tallest tree.

Go for it.

Maybe some dancing is in order.

It doesn't matter what it looks like.

It's all about listening to your body,

To your heart,

Your soul.

Go for it.

Your anchor and your source of rejuvenation.

It's limitless.

If it feels good,

Take a deep breath in and a strong breath out.

Awakening the beautiful,

Powerful,

And brilliant light and energy that you have within you.

Notice this feeling flow through every muscle in your whole body.

Notice what this feeling,

This energy feels like as it flows through you.

Really breathe it in.

This energy,

This feeling is always there for you because you create it inside of you.

As you find that natural rhythm and energy of your breath,

See if you can envision a moment,

An ideal image,

Something that inspires you in this moment.

Perhaps it's an intention that might help you on your way today.

Take a deep breath in and feel this word,

This image,

This intention flow through your body.

Take a deep breath out.

Feeling the air,

Energy,

Massage.

Every part of you as it flows out into the universe.

Now with every breath that you take,

With every step from moment to moment,

You can become more and more in tune with the very essence of this word,

Image,

This intention.

Powerful force.

You can navigate what comes your way.

Absolutely anything.

Notice what this feels like in your body.

Breathe it in.

All of the tools and resources that you need are either already within you or within close reach of you.

When you can pause and breathe and tune in,

You'll find what you need.
