Welcome to your peaceful morning. Whether we feel tired, anxious, unmotivated, or just not quite ready for the day, mornings can feel overwhelming. Using our breath and visualization, we are going to take a moment to pause together, and find the soothing balance between relaxation and activation, helping you feel calm, centered, and motivated as you step into your day.

Welcome to your peaceful morning.

This morning,

We are going to take a moment to pause together and find some calm,

Restorative energy before we step into our day.

Wherever you are,

Notice that you are secure and safe listening to my voice.

Eyes can gently close if it feels good.

First,

Let's find our deep,

Calming breath.

Here is your anchor.

As you breathe,

You may notice thoughts buzzing around.

This is completely natural.

We can acknowledge these thoughts and then gently guide our attention back to the breath.

Notice if there is any part of your body that would like attention this morning.

Perhaps it would feel nice to shake out your arms or to roll your neck.

This time is for you.

When you are ready,

Let's take three strong,

Deep breaths together.

Here we go.

Inhale,

Drawing in helpful energy.

And exhale,

Softening and releasing.

Inhale,

Feeling that powerful,

Restorative flow of air.

Exhale,

Softening and releasing even more.

Inhale,

Cleansing and refreshing.

Exhale,

Feeling calm and strong.

Wonderful.

As we breathe,

Let's envision a word that brings to light something that might help us along our way today.

An intention,

Perhaps.

For me,

Today,

It is patience.

What is it for you?

As we breathe in,

With every inhale that we take,

Now and at each step in our day,

We can become more and more in tune with the very essence of this word,

Inviting it to bring us exactly what we need.

As you take your first step into your day,

I would like to leave you with these words from me to you.

Remember,

You are a powerful force.

Sometimes things can feel daunting,

Overwhelming,

And even scary.

One breath at a time,

You can navigate anything that comes your way.

Absolutely anything.

All of the tools and resources that you need are either already within you,

Or within close reach of you.

When you pause and breathe,

You'll find what you need.

I really enjoyed the meditation it was very helpful but the music in the background made it difficult for me to hear Sara’s voice because my hearing is not the greatest.
