Welcome to today's affirmation practice.
Today we focus on positive thinking and motivation.
As we begin,
Feel the presence of the ground you're standing on,
Your yoga mat,
Your chair or your bed,
And feel the solidness of Mother Earth beneath you,
Holding you and supporting you.
If it feels comfortable,
Put your hand on your chest and your belly and take three deep grounding breaths,
Really using your diaphragm to bring in air to fill your lungs.
Then,
Slowly exhale through your mouth.
Take two more deep breaths like this,
And as you breathe in,
You are breathing in permission to be positive.
And as you exhale,
You are releasing tension from the body.
After deep breath in,
You are breathing in freedom.
And as you exhale,
You accept the right to focus on your dreams.
Now breathing in and out normally,
With each exhale,
You feel worn out energy release,
Release,
Release through your breath as you allow your muscles to relax.
For today's affirmations,
You can let them resonate in your mind,
Say them out loud,
Or say them to yourself.
You are taking positive steps toward more positive thinking and internal motivation.
Let's begin.
I am aware of my breath,
It is my connection to the whole universe.
I am grateful for the vitality coursing through my entire being.
I am tuning into my heart and soul.
I am embracing my right to go for my dreams.
Every day I gain greater mastery at focusing on positive thoughts.
I release the beliefs that produce friction.
Free from judgment or criticism,
I am open and curious to feel new motivation.
I take note of my mental chatter and embrace the good inside of me.
As I tune into the present moment,
I expect good things to come to me.
I am resourceful.
I am the master of my life.
I embrace serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
I feel the joy of thinking positively.
I am inspired to live a life of purpose.
Grounded in this moment,
I am grateful for my awareness.
I am grateful for my intuition.
I am grateful for my courage.
I tune into uplifting thoughts.
I gratefully receive energy from the air I breathe,
The food I eat,
And the water I drink.
As I move through my day,
May I be truly happy.
May I be free from suffering.
May I be truly well in body,
In mind,
And in heart.
May I live peacefully and with ease.
Now take a deep breath in and feel the energy and positivity of these words and the support of all life.
