Welcome to today's affirmation practice.
Today we focus on healing and personal growth.
As we begin,
Feel the presence of the ground you're standing on,
Your yoga mat,
Your chair or your bed,
And feel the solidness of Mother Earth beneath you,
Holding you and supporting you.
If it feels comfortable,
Put your hand on your chest and your belly and take three deep grounding breaths,
Filling your lungs,
Really using your diaphragm to bring in air.
And then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Take two more deep breaths like this.
And as you breathe in,
You are breathing in permission to release.
And as you exhale,
You are releasing tension from the body.
Another deep breath in.
You are breathing in vital life force energy.
And as you exhale,
You release toxic thoughts,
Energy,
And emotion.
And you feel yourself release,
Release,
Release old energy through your breath and allow your muscles to relax.
For today's affirmations,
You can let them resonate in your mind.
You can say them out loud or say them to yourself.
You are taking positive steps toward your conscious evolution and healing.
Now let's begin.
I choose to fill myself with positive energy.
I am aware of my body.
I am grateful for the vitality coursing through my body.
Every day,
I take steps that affirm my right to exist just as I am.
I am embracing my growth.
Every day,
I gain greater mastery at releasing my past and embracing my future.
Free from judgment or criticism,
I am open and curious to see just how healthy I can be.
I take note of everything in my environment that proves that I am resilient.
I consciously choose to tune into the present moment.
I am embodying more and more vitality every day.
I am capable of being with myself at all times.
I am resourceful.
I am willing to open my mind to new opportunities.
I embrace serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
I feel passion for life.
Grounded in this moment,
I am grateful for my progress.
I am grateful for all that I have.

As I move through my day,
