This is a simple breathing practice to foster compassion for yourself. We begin by surrendering to the tender, accepting touch of the breath. We surrender to receiving the inhalation, to the gentle flow of the exhalation. Allowing this tender touch to dissolve any judgment, any pain. Surrender to the tenderness. Know the abiding movement of breath as the spirit of acceptance within you. Receive the blessing. Breathe with compassion for yourself.
