You can distinctly choose your current mood state; you no longer have to succumb to how you are affected by others or the thoughts of your ego-mind. This is a special guided practice for mindful awareness of your current mood state and for gently moving yourself into a desired mood. Each time that you choose your desired state of being, you are impressioning your mind and seeing the benefits of this as felt responses. Use this meditation at times when you want to deliberately choose a new feeling, to uplift yourself and to feel inspired. Realize that how you feel is a choice and that you must choose your inward dwelling state just as you choose the actions and choices that determine how you live life.
