Sleep is my journey.

It finds me here.

In the certain place of all wonder.

All presence.

All choice.

Night.

Oh hi hi.

I find sleep now.

It is here in my breath.

In the ways in which I breathe softly.

Honoring my sacred wisdom,

My truth.

Honoring my heart open to this.

To sleep,

To dream.

To make my way here,

Into the light.

Into the light of my home.

Into the softness that I feel here,

Awakened to me.

Into all things beautiful.

Mystical and divine.

Sleep is the ever-current,

Ever-bountiful need.

Ever-bountiful need of my body and mind.

My soul needs no sleep.

It is eternal.

Always present,

Always of light.

In light of harmony.

Of peace.

Of peace.

Here in the perfect nature of my heart,

I find peace and the perfect path to sleep.

Here in the perfect nature of my heart,

I find peace and the perfect path to sleep.

Breathe now.

Hold in the perfect flow of breath,

Only for a brief moment before exhaling.

Releasing,

Letting it drift far away.

Before you invite in the next breath.

Then repeat.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Each in-breath becomes your sacred path into calm.

Into relaxation.

Breathe now.

Into the wonder of your heart.

Breathe now.

Into blissful rest.

Breathe now.

Into sleep.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Each out-breath takes you deeper.

Into beautiful,

Restful sleep that is upon you.

Gently release the mind.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Feel the waves of your breath and the gentle inflow and outflow that soften and guide you into deep,

Beautiful slumber.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Into the rest that awaits you now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Your allowing of this is the path,

Is the mechanism.

It is your free choice and what moves you closer into sleep.

Just sleep.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Breathe now.

Just now.

So easily.

So liberately.

Into the places of your heart,

Into the perfect inner dwelling place of infinite consciousness.

I graciously,

Easily allow my body and mind to rest.

To be at one with my soul in the cosmos.

Here and now.
