Rhythmic,
Peaceful.
You have all of the time that you need.
You are enjoying this state of calm and relaxation as you breathe deeply with gentle inhalation and longer exhalation,
Releasing all of your breath.
You are witnessing the slowing of your breathing,
Deeper inhalations and longer gentle exhalations.
It is all so easy to breathe,
To be comfortable.
To witness your body relaxed.
Beginning to drift into the space and time of deep,
Restful sleep.
Sleep that is so gentle,
So needed,
So beautiful.
There is only a need for sleep now.
Only breathing,
Only comfort.
Only eyes,
Heavy in the beauty of sleep that is beginning to overtake you.
You allow it,
You allow your body to relax and to sleep,
To sleep for a time,
For as long as you need,
For as long as is needed.
Then you will awaken refreshed,
Well rested and ready to enter into the day.
Feel the restful state of sleep now.
Fully in your body,
