Close your eyes and settle into some nice deep relaxing breaths.

Envision yourself in a natural body of water.

Are you in the ocean?

A lake?

Or a river?

Perhaps you're standing under a waterfall.

Perhaps you're dancing in the rain.

Inhale the water.

It is a loving spirit here to soothe and support you.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

This water is cleansing.

Feel your mind relax as any stress is washed away.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

This water is purifying.

Feel your muscles soften as any tension is absorbed by the water.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

This water is healing.

Feel your spirit rejoice as you are infused with joy and tranquility.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

This water is rejuvenating.

Feel your entire being transformed as the water fills you with fresh ideas,

Uplifting thoughts and loving feelings.

These are yours to carry with you.

Begin to reawaken your body.

Rotate your wrists and your ankles.

Slowly open your eyes and return to your day feeling blissful and at ease.
