Here you will find gentle support, compassionate words, and healing Reiki energy. There are also generous moments of silence to allow ample space for you to go within. Welcome dear one.

Bless your precious heart.

Whatever it is that has caused your heart to be heavy,

I'm so sorry.

I know how it feels to be sad.

You don't have to go through this moment alone.

I am here to offer comfort and hold space for you.

My sole purpose in this moment is to support you as you cry,

As you grieve,

As you feel your emotions.

I encourage you to get extra comfy.

Perhaps it would feel nice to snuggle up in a blanket or hold on to a pillow.

Anything that will make you feel cozy and secure.

I know it hurts.

It's okay.

It's okay to let it out.

Allow the tears to fall.

You are not alone.

I'm right here with you.

I know it doesn't feel good right now.

Let it out.

Allow the tears to fall.

Allow yourself to feel whatever you feel.

Lean into your feelings.

Allow yourself to be right where you are.

Allow the sadness.

Allow the grief.

Allow the heartache.

Allow the anguish.

Allow the pain.

Allow the fear.

Allow the loneliness.

Allow the anger.

Allow the anxiety.

Allow the hurt.

Allow the disappointment.

Lean in,

Dear one.

Let the tears fall.

I'm right here with you.

If it feels right in your body,

Maybe you would like to join me in taking a few deep breaths.

It's okay to feel whatever you're feeling.

What hurts can be healed.

And no matter how dark it gets,

The sun is going to rise again.

For the next few minutes,

I will be sending you healing Reiki energy.

During this time,

I will not be speaking but rest assured that I am right here with you.

There is nothing that you need to do.

Just continue to be with your feelings and allow any tears to fall.

I will let you know as soon as I am done.

Notice if there are more tears to shed,

More emotions to release.

If you're at a point where you're feeling better,

Then I encourage you to be extra gentle with yourself as you transition out of this space.

Ask yourself what you need in this moment.

Perhaps you'd like to go for a walk or have a cup of tea or maybe do some gentle stretching or maybe go to sleep.

Whatever it is,

Honor your body.

Honor yourself.

I thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be with you during this sacred time.
