You may be feeling rushed,

Overwhelmed,

Pressed for time.

I get it.

There are so many things to get done,

Deadlines to meet.

But right now,

Let's press pause.

Because no matter how many things need to be taken care of,

It's important for you to be on that list as well.

So I invite you to get comfortable.

Close your eyes.

And just breathe.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Fill your lungs.

Exhale.

Sigh it out.

Continue to breathe naturally.

As we enjoy the sweet taste of stillness.

Feel the support beneath you and allow your body to grow heavy.
