Welcome back to my seven day chakra meditation series.
Day three.
Solar plexus chakra.
Manipura chakra.
Find your way into your favorite seated position.
Allow yourself to become settled as you sit.
Find space and length in the spine.
Feel that sense of lifting and rising through the crown of the head up.
That sense of grounding and being rooted from the sit bones down into the earth.
We begin with the breath.
Using the mind's eye to observe the air as it flows in through the nose and out through the nose.
Paying attention to all the subtleties of the breath,
The temperature,
The texture.
Letting the awareness now travel down the spine to the middle of the spine,
The thoracic part of the spine.
Couple of inches or centimeters above the belly button to our Manipura chakra,
To our solar plexus.
Activating and stimulating this chakra allows us to invite a sense of self.
A growing sense of self,
Self-esteem,
Self-confidence,
Self-worth.
And go of our need for control,
To fix things or change things,
Just residing in that sense of security in the self.
Feeling a bright golden yellow light glowing,
Intensifying with every inhalation,
Receding with every exhalation.
Taking a few affirmations that can help strengthen our solar plexus chakra.
Inhaling I am.
Exhale worthy.
Inhaling I am.
Inhaling powerful.
Inhaling I have.
Self-esteem.
Inhaling I have.
Self-confidence.
Inhaling I have.
Self-worth.
