Welcome to my 7 day chakra meditation series.
Day 2,
Sacral Chakra,
Swadhisthana Chakra.
Let's begin.
Start by finding a comfortable seated position.
Sit up nice and tall through the spine,
Feel the crown of the head lifting up.
Create even more space,
Even more length.
And then begin to soften through the whole body,
Softening the face,
The forehead,
The jaw,
The inner lining of the throat,
The chest,
The shoulders,
The belly,
The breath.
Take a moment to observe the breath,
Feeling the air as it travels through the inner lining of the nostrils and out.
Let the awareness trickle down towards the sacrum,
A couple of centimeters below the belly button to our second chakra.
Inviting a sense of creativity,
Our home of creation,
Of fluidity,
Of sexuality,
Of expression,
Of partnerships.
That flowing element,
Perhaps imagining a warm orange light glowing in that space,
Expanding with every inhale,
Contracting with every exhale.
Bringing in your affirmations as you inhale,
Silently saying,
I am,
And with every exhale saying a creative being.
Inhaling I am,
Exhale a sexual being.
Inhaling I am,
Exhale a romantic being.
Inhaling I am,
Exhale an expressive being.
Inhaling I am,
Exhale flowing,
Holding space for whatever manifests.
Breathe.
