Guided Meditation for Life Changes,
Train Journey.
Let's start by closing our eyes and breathing deeply in and out,
All the way down into the lower belly.
Relax your shoulders,
Allowing them to droop downward.
Relax your body and let it sink into your chair.
Feel the heaviness in your feet as they are planted firmly on the floor,
Connecting you with the energy of the earth.
As you continue to breathe in a natural and relaxed way,
Notice the flow of energy in your body.
You may feel your hands growing warm and tingly.
Now imagine that you are riding on a train.
Feel your body sitting in your seat on the train.
Look out the window at the passing scenery.
The train is speeding along,
Taking you on a journey to somewhere you chose to go.
When you boarded the train a long time ago.
But as you have continued along this track,
You have gradually come to realize that this journey no longer serves your higher purpose.
It was right for you in the past,
But now you feel like it's time for a change.
You realize that it's time to get off this train and catch a new one that will take you in a new direction.
Now the train is beginning to slow down.
It has to slow down gradually because there's a lot of momentum going in this direction.
The train slowly comes to a stop as you prepare to exit.
You stand up and walk towards the door.
You step off the train onto a platform.
The train leaves and you watch as it fades into the distance.
You notice that the platform is at the edge of a field.
You are grateful for this quiet time alone,
And you decide to take a walk in the field.
As you are walking,
You hear the sound of birds in the distance.
You then come to a small stream,
And you sit down on the bank to enjoy the sound of the water.
You touch the soft grass,
And you look up at the blue sky with a few puffy white clouds floating by.
A light breeze caresses your skin.
You breathe deeply,
Enjoying the fresh air.
As you breathe and relax,
You feel your heart opening and growing warmer.
You realize that you are in the presence of your higher self,
And you feel peace and unconditional love.
This is your opportunity to talk to your higher self and receive guidance for your life.
Take some time to ask your higher self any questions that are on your mind,
And listen for the answers.
Now,
It's time to leave the field.
As you walk back towards the platform,
You feel the warmth in your heart,
And you know that your higher self is always with you,
Guiding you with love.
As you are standing on the platform,
You see a new train coming towards you,
And you know that this is the right train for you.
Your heart is filled with courage and gratitude for the new opportunities that await you.
You board the train and take your seat.
As you gaze out the window,
You see new scenery coming into view.
Now,
It's time to come back from the meditation.
Breathe deeply and feel your body.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Stretch,
And come back to the present moment.
