Hello,
This is Alessandra with Dexter and Alessandra.
And today I'm going to talk about how important it is to practice what we want rather than practicing what we don't want.
So a lot of our time,
Energy and resources is spent and drained thinking about the things that we don't want.
All the things that we don't want to happen in our lives or worrying that the things that we want won't happen or that the things that we're attached to or that we desire won't happen.
And of course that's not helpful because the more you focus and practice what you don't want the more you experience it.
Meaning that your state of energy is going to match this practice in your subconscious mind of fearing that the things that you don't want might happen and also fearing that the things that you want might not happen and that the things that you're attached to might not happen.
So practicing what you want,
What does that mean?
And yes there is ego in practicing what we want in a certain way meaning that you know often times the things that we want can come from our ego until we're informed by spirit and we are guided to be more aligned with God consciousness or the universe.
And so that's okay.
It's a step on the ladder of consciousness.
Practicing what you want and allowing yourself to be in the energy of what you want,
What's meaningful to you is going to allow you to ascend through your central channel,
Through your chakras so that you can experience more inner peace,
More joy,
More gratitude,
More a sense of really happiness and also equanimity.
And so that's very important.
It's important to focus and to practice what you want until maybe you have no wants and that's great.
If you have no wants then you don't have to practice what you want.
You can just practice stillness,
Silence,
Resonance with God consciousness,
The universe and that's fine.
And until you're there where there's no desire,
No attachment,
No aversion then practicing what you want will help you to get to the stage where there's no attachment or aversion or desire.
So practice what you want.
Be in the energy of what you want.
Resonate with what you want.
Know in your heart that whatever you want you can have and that if it's not happening and I'll make a video on that,
It's simply because there's a lack of internal alignment,
A lack of integration in your system,
The different levels of your being where you say you want something and other parts of you have different beliefs about it,
Different fears around it,
Different thoughts and energies that are essentially not supportive of you achieving what you want and getting what you want.
So practice what you want.
Be in the energy of what you want.
Believe in what you want.
Be what you want.
Become what you want.
Trust what you want.
Feel what you want and then you know things will start to flow more in your life.
You'll receive what you want.
It cannot happen any other way.
Like the law of attraction is such that if you're not resonating with what you want,
You will not receive what you want.
And even if you were to receive what you want while not resonating with what you want,
You wouldn't even be able to see it.
You wouldn't be able to perceive that you are getting what you want.
For instance,
In relationship,
If we are cultivating different limiting beliefs about our relationships and we say that we want love or we want connection and we're saying,
Oh,
My partner is not connected,
They're not loving,
How can we experience what we want if we feel that way,
If we resonate with those beliefs,
If we don't really allow ourselves to change and to feel what we want and to connect with what we want?
So you can use affirmations for that.
You can use visualization.
You can connect in your heart.
There's many different ways that you can achieve that.
So practice it.
