This guided practice is designed to help you cultivate elevated emotions and transmute negative emotions and states of consciousness through the process of inner alchemy. In this guided meditation, inner alchemy and cultivating elevated emotions, you'll be guided to generate elevated states of emotions that will not only balance and integrate your energy centers but also generate a magnetic field that draws back to you the situations, people, events, and relationships that match your internally generated energetic state. Practicing this meditation daily, or several times a day if you can, will help with healing, manifestation, creativity, stress-relief, connection, self-love and self-confidence, harmony in relationships, and feeling more and more whole and unconditionally loving, and give you a greater capacity to access the field of consciousness where all possibilities are available to you.

Inner Alchemy Cultivating positive emotions and transmuting negativity.

Find a comfortable place where you can sit on a chair or on the ground or simply lay down.

Close your eyes and begin to relax inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling out of your mouth,

Slowing down,

Lengthening your breath.

Allowing for all the tensions,

Physical,

Mental and emotional to release with each and every exhale.

Expanding the body on the inhale,

Deflating,

Emptying on the exhale.

Sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation with each and every breath.

Becoming aware of your peroneal flora.

Relaxing that space,

Feeling the energy in the space of your peroneum,

In between your sexual organs and the anus for men and in the area of the cervix for women.

Placing your awareness of the peroneal flora.

Focusing on the energy there while relaxing this space.

Now gently place the tip of your tongue at the roof of your mouth,

Right behind your front teeth,

Applying a very gentle pressure.

Becoming aware of a circuit of energy that is taking place in your physical body from the peroneal flora,

Up the spine at the back,

All the way to the crown of your head descending back through the head cavity,

To the palate at the roof of the mouth,

Down through the tongue,

Down the front of the body,

Back to the peroneal flora.

Becoming aware of this circuit of energy,

Moving constantly from the peroneal flora up the spine to the roof of your mouth,

Through the tongue,

Down the front of your spine,

Back to the peroneal flora.

Becoming aware of this circuit of energy,

Feeling the energy moving up the back of your spine and down the back of your spine,

Keeping the tip of the tongue at the roof of your mouth to optimize the circuit of energy moving through you.

Feeling more and more energy building up,

Flowing through this space gently,

Relaxing into this process.

Now bring within yourself a feeling of relaxation,

Remembering times where you were extremely relaxed,

Whether getting a massage,

Laying on the beach or just simply relaxing with a book.

Taking a bath,

Feeling completely relaxed.

Now imagine this feeling of relaxation moving through the microcosmic orbit,

Inhaling relaxation up the back,

Exhaling relaxation down the front.

Feeling your entire being with this relaxation,

Inhaling relaxation at the back of the body,

Exhaling relaxation at the front of the body.

Allowing for the relaxation to move through your entire body,

Through each and every cell as it circulates through the microcosmic orbit.

From the peroneal flora,

Up the back,

Down the front,

Back to the peroneal flora,

Feeling more and more relaxed with each and every breath as more and more relaxation continues to circulate through the microcosmic orbit.

Relaxing your body all the way up to your crown,

All the way down to your toes,

To your fingertips.

A feeling of relaxation moving through you,

Through your microcosmic orbit.

Feeling the space of the peroneal flora relaxing,

Opening.

As you continue to circulate this feeling of relaxation,

Feeling more and more relaxed with each and every repetition,

Begin to recall times in your life where you have felt a sense of confidence,

Succeeding in something and feeling confident as a result.

A feeling of confidence.

Now as you continue to recall this feeling of confidence,

Bringing back the memories of confidence that come with it.

Begin to circulate the feeling of confidence through the microcosmic orbit.

From the peroneal flora,

Up your back,

Down through the crown to the roof of your mouth,

Through the tongue,

Front of the spine and back to the peroneal flora.

Inhaling confidence up the back,

Exhaling confidence down the front.

Starting at the peroneal flora and ending at the peroneal flora,

Circulating confidence throughout your entire body.

Allowing for confidence to spread into each and every cell of your body,

Feeling confident.

Feeling both relaxed through the first process of circulating relaxation through your microcosmic orbit and now also feeling confident.

Feeling more and more relaxed,

More and more confident as more and more of the energy of confidence continues to flow through your microcosmic orbit.

Feeling the space of your navel relaxed,

Open.

More and more energy into the space of your peroneum,

Into the space of your navel as you feel more and more relaxed and more and more confident.

As you continue with this process,

Now recall times of laughter,

Time spent with friends or reading or watching something comical,

Laughing at the top of your lungs with joy,

With happiness.

Carefree,

Recalling those times,

Recalling the energy of laughter.

Begin to circulate the laughter through your microcosmic orbit,

Inhaling it to the back of the spine,

Exhaling it to the front of the spine.

Starting at the peroneal floor,

Ending at the peroneal floor,

Circulating laughter through your system.

Feeling a shaking feeling just like when you laugh,

Moving through you.

Releasing all blockages,

Releasing negativity,

Filling your entire microcosmic orbit with laughter.

Feeling lighter,

Brighter each time laughter circulates through the microcosmic orbit.

Feeling relaxed,

Confident,

Joyful as the energy of relaxation,

Confidence and laughter are now flowing through you.

As you continue to circulate the laughter through your microcosmic orbit,

The area of your solar plexus becomes more and more relaxed,

You feel space in the solar plexus.

More and more energy flowing through you,

More and more laughter,

More and more openness,

Feeling light,

Bright,

Happy.

Now bring about the feeling of love,

Unconditional love,

A love that you feel without any expectation,

A love for children,

A love for animals or a love for a lover if you are able to love someone unconditionally.

Feeling this love in your heart with no expectation,

Unconditional love.

Circulating this unconditional love through your microcosmic orbit,

Beginning at the perineal floor,

Going up the spine,

All the way up to your crown,

Down into the head cavity,

To the roof of your mouth,

Into your tongue,

Down the front of the spine,

Back to the perineal floor.

Starting at the perineal floor,

Ending at the perineal floor.

This sense of unconditional love,

Feeling your heart open as more and more unconditional love circulates through your entire body,

Through the microcosmic orbit,

Spreading to each and every cell.

More and more unconditional love flowing through you.

As relaxation,

Confidence,

Laughter and unconditional love flow through you,

You feel more and more expanded,

Energized,

Open.

Smiling as more and more unconditional love flows through you,

Moving into each and every cell of your being.

Feeling unconditional love for yourself or others,

Radiating unconditional love from your heart as the area of your heart becomes more and more open,

Empty.

Now moving into the fifth feeling,

The feeling of awe,

Of ecstasy,

A feeling that one gets when contemplating the immensity of the universe and the star-filled night.

Or the feeling that you feel with a lover during an orgasm,

This feeling of unity,

Of pleasure,

Moving through you,

Connecting to the feeling of awe,

Of ecstasy.

Circulating this feeling of awe and ecstasy through your microcosmic orbit,

From the perineal floor,

Up the spine,

All the way to the crown,

Into the head cavity,

To the roof of your mouth,

Down the tongue,

Through the front of your spine,

Back to the perineal floor.

All and ecstasy moving through you,

From the perineal floor,

Back to the perineal floor,

Inhaling ecstasy and awe at the back of the spine,

Exhaling ecstasy and awe to the front of the spine.

More and more of this awe moving through you,

Feeling more and more relaxed,

Open.

Feeling relaxation,

Confidence,

Laughter,

Unconditional love and awe,

Feeling your entire body moving through your microcosmic orbit,

Changing your inner state,

Transmuting all negativity.

Feeling expanded,

Light,

Open,

Filled with energy,

Filled with positive emotions,

Intentional.

Continuing in this way or adding another emotion,

Adding an emotion that you want to feel in your life.

Whatever emotion it is that you want to feel,

Circulate it through your microcosmic orbit,

Cultivating this emotion,

Filling it,

Distributing it throughout your entire body,

Filling each and every cell of your body with this quality,

With this emotion.

Feeling lighter and brighter as you do,

Energized,

Open.

Continue in this way,

Allowing for the emotions,

The energy to flow through your microcosmic orbit,

Filling your system with bliss,

Allowing for more and more energy to move from the pelvic floor of the spine towards the crown of your head.

Feeling more and more relaxed,

Happy,

Joyful,

Inherently grateful,

Content.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to deepen your breath,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and gently open your eyes.
