Self-Sovereignty and Boundaries Meditation This guided meditation,

Becoming self-sovereign and cultivating stronger boundaries,

Is designed to help you feel more comfortable with yourself and confident in yourself.

By practicing this meditation,

You will learn to cultivate what it feels like to have your own space,

Your own thoughts,

Emotions,

Feelings,

Sensations,

And to feel good in this self-sovereign space and state.

By practicing this meditation,

You will also learn to create stronger boundaries with others who wish to influence you without necessarily respecting your own free will and your self-sovereignty in the process.

Finding your own strength,

Your own space,

Your own personal power to choose who you wish to be and become of your own free will choice.

So let's begin.

Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down.

And just relax.

To relax and find this place of comfort that's always there.

Underneath the stress,

The worry and the tension.

Underneath the stress,

The worry and the tension.

So dive in and find this place,

This space of deep comfort and relaxation within yourself.

Breathing yourself into it.

In.

Relax.

Out.

Relax.

Relaxing more and more with each inhalation and exhalation.

Feeling more and more relaxed with each breath in and out.

Letting go of any tension.

Contraction or feelings of constriction,

Of limitation on the exhale.

And feeling your entire body and being with a deep sense of relaxation on the inhale.

Free of anxiety,

Free of any noise.

To be free.

To be in your own thoughts,

If any come.

To feel your own feelings,

If any arise.

If you feel any right now.

To be in your own energy.

Aware that you are aware of your own energy.

Centered,

Grounded,

Conscious.

Exploring your own space and what it is made up of,

Becoming familiar with your own energy in this moment in time.

So that you may remember what it feels like when other energies attempt to get in,

To influence or control.

Aware that you are aware of those energies that are not yours.

That wish comes from your own energy.

That wish,

Consciously or not,

To have influence or control over your process,

Your life.

And choosing to lovingly remove this influence,

To clear it.

So that you may find yourself,

So that you may know yourself,

Your own energy.

What does it feel like to you?

Can you feel it?

Become familiar with it.

Your energy,

Your space,

Your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Your emotions,

Nobody else's.

Your own space,

Your own energy,

Your space.

Define your space.

See it in your mind's eye.

Or simply feel it.

The space of your body,

Your whole body.

And the energy generated around it.

All around it.

How far does this energy expand in space?

Feel it.

Your space.

Become aware of it.

How good does it feel to be in your own space?

In your own calm,

In your own peace,

In your own personal space.

A space you intend,

Feel,

Create,

Choose and experience.

Feel this spaciousness within you and all around you.

Expanding your space into space.

Further and further.

Expanding into your own space.

A space that you are creating right now.

Of your own free will.

Become familiar with it.

What does it feel like to you?

Explore it.

Cultivate it.

Learn it.

And love it.

As you continue to unfold and expand into this space.

That's always been yours.

That's always been here.

That you may not have known that you have.

Feeling this space with the light of your being.

With the light of your soul.

And whatever you're choosing to experience in this space right now.

Now as you remain aware that you are aware of your own space.

Let yourself bring in the feelings that you wish to experience more of.

Love emanating from your heart and filling your own space.

Merging with this infinite love that's always here when you connect to it.

Filling your space filled with more and more love.

As you focus on it.

As you feel it.

And if you want to bring any other feeling or energy into this space.

Do it.

It's your own space.

It's completely up to you what you bring into this space.

What you let into this space.

Your own space.

Discover it.

Create it.

What will you choose?

Happiness,

Calm,

Peace,

Joy,

Equanimity,

Love.

Such quality of love.

Feel it.

And fill your space with it.

Your own space.

Expand into it.

Soaking in the energies and feelings that you choose to cultivate and experience.

It's your choice.

Your birthright to create and experience your own space.

No longer burdened by the energies,

Emotions and feelings that were never yours.

Letting go of the conditioning.

Letting go of any idea or belief that you should resonate with others.

That somehow that would make things better.

And choosing what you wish to experience.

Choosing what you wish to resonate with.

And resonating with it fully.

Completely.

Releasing anything that is not that.

Choosing your own experience in your own space.

Being your own being.

Letting go of past influences and habits that aren't serving you.

That prevent you from feeling things out for yourself.

Becoming sensitive to these energies,

These tendencies.

Becoming sensitive to these energies that want to come in.

Of their intentions.

Of their drive or their focus.

Aware that you are aware of them.

And choosing to accept them.

And to also release them into the light.

Accepting others and their desire,

Conscious or not,

To influence you.

And choosing to be free of their influence.

Without any judgement or rejection.

Without any conflict.

Choosing to be you.

And letting them be whoever they wish to be.

Realising the beauty,

The power of your own self sovereignty.

What would it feel like to be in your own space all the time?

Imagine it.

Your own space.

Feel it.

Your own space.

Be it right now.

So that you can create it.

Even when the external pressure increases.

And you feel the need to please others.

To be good.

To do good.

Letting go of the external pressure and the beliefs associated with them.

So that you may find your own truth within your own space.

And let your choices come from the deep place within you.

Not from pressure.

Not from belief.

Not from conditioning or threats of abandonment by others if you don't do what they want you to do.

Or if you're not who they want you to be.

In self sovereignty.

Let your choices come from love rather than fear.

Let your heart guide you as you explore your own space.

And you keep expanding into it.

Your own space.

Free of anyone's influence.

Your own space.

Imagine yourself like an insubmersible submarine.

Diving deeper and deeper into the layers of your own being.

Silent.

Still.

Present.

Untouched by the pressure of the waters around you.

Contained.

In your own space.

Breathing your own air.

In your own energy.

Completely contained.

Feel your body.

Contained.

What would it feel like to be contained in your body?

Supported by your own body.

Feel that.

Fully and completely.

And remember the feeling of being in your own space.

From that space that you create and choose.

Imagine others telling you to,

Pressuring you to be a certain way.

A way that they want you to be.

A way that fits their intentions.

Does it fit yours?

Stay present.

Notice the external pressure and let yourself be unchanged by it.

Reinforcing the boundaries as the pressure increases.

So that your own space remains unchanged.

Just as you choose it to be.

Just as you intend it to be.

Your own space.

And from within this space,

Ask the question,

What is it that you truly want?

What is it that I truly want?

Focus on that.

Not from a selfish perspective.

Simply to be true to yourself.

Have you imagined that other people's perceived needs were more important than your own intentions and what is truly meaningful to you?

Have you imagined that you are abandoning them when you choose to be yourself?

Or are you simply choosing to be you?

And setting them free to be who they choose to be.

Is that okay?

Are you okay?

Is it okay to be you?

In your own space.

To choose to be you.

To become familiar with you.

With who you truly are.

And from this space you can ask the question.

What is you?

What is I,

Outside of others and their definition of this I?

Who is you?

Who am I,

Outside of the projections from others or your own?

Can you choose to stop the cycle of projection?

Projecting what others might think or say or do.

Can you let it all go and simply be present?

In your own space.

Present to the present moment.

Without any projection.

Feeling what you're feeling.

And not letting anyone else's thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions or desires change you in any way.

Accepting and seeing them for what they really are.

Their own projections.

Their own conditioning.

Seeing through it all.

Choosing to let go of all projection so that you may find your own self-sovereignty.

Your own self-sovereign space.

Becoming familiar with it.

Learning self-sovereignty.

To be who you are.

To choose who you are.

Without any external influence.

Can you feel the pressure rising,

Attempting to break through?

And can you remain in your own space?

No longer resonating with those beliefs,

Voices,

Ideas,

Pressures.

The ones you've internalized.

Mother,

Father,

Family members,

Friends,

Co-workers,

People you know or have known.

The ones you've learned to carry inside yourself,

For fear of displeasing them.

Let them think,

Feel,

Say,

Do and believe whatever they will.

As you remain in your own space and expand.

It's okay for you to think,

To feel,

To believe and to experience whatever you choose.

Feel that truth.

The deepest truth in these words.

It's okay for you to be whoever you choose.

From moment to moment.

Not depending on anyone else.

And not depending on how anyone else feels about you or about themselves.

Whatever they think,

Feel or do is for them to manage,

Not you.

And whatever you think,

Feel or do is for you to manage,

Not them.

Becoming self-sovereign.

Learning it.

As you break the invisible cycle of co-dependency for yourself and for others too.

To find this personal freedom that is always yours.

To be free to be who you choose to be.

Even if others don't know how to do it for themselves yet.

Model it for you.

Embody this freedom,

This self-sovereignty.

Your own space.

It's okay for you to choose to feel good.

It's okay to feel good being you,

Whoever that is.

No matter how others feel or how they also want you to feel.

Your own space.

They are choosing their feelings knowingly or unknowingly.

Choose yours completely independently.

Self-sovereignly.

It's okay for you to choose that.

Your own space.

And to no longer resonate with energies that don't serve you.

It's okay for you not to let anyone who's not in alignment or respectful of your own space.

You're not hurting them.

You're teaching them.

You're showing them what it's like to respect yourself and your own boundaries.

So that they may learn it too.

It's okay to open and expand.

It's okay to expand rather than contract under the pressure.

It's okay to open up rather than close up and feel inundated by others and their needs.

It's okay to be yourself,

However you choose to be in any moment.

Feel that.

That is self-sovereignty.

The feeling of being self-sovereign.

Feel it.

You are a self-sovereign being.

You have free will choice.

And the personal power to choose whatever you choose.

Whenever you choose it.

In any moment in time.

It's okay to resonate with your own energy.

To feel what you feel.

To choose what you choose.

It's okay to resonate with God's energy.

Universal Supreme Consciousness.

And to let your choices,

Words,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions and actions be guided by this Consciousness without bounds.

Supreme Consciousness in your own space guiding you.

Guiding your choices in every moment.

It's okay to learn this right now regardless of your age.

To stand and walk on your own two feet without any external influence.

By choice.

To be completely present to yourself.

To be completely present.

To be in this expanded state.

You and only you.

In wholeness.

In oneness with all that is.

Within your own space.

Feel that.

And in this state of expansion of openness.

One with the experience.

Slowly come back.

To the space that you're in.

A new space.

The one that you create.

To the time that you're in.

That's always new.

To the body that you're in.
