
Lifting Depression | Healing Feelings Of Sadness & Despair
This guided meditation, Lifting Depression, is designed to help you heal, clear, and resolve feelings of sadness, loneliness, depression, and despair that leave you feeling limited, stuck, disempowered, and out of control. Through this meditation, you will be helped to resolve the underlying unresolved feelings, thoughts, and emotions that generate the feelings of depression so that you may feel uplifted, energized, inspired, and empowered to live the life you choose from your heart and soul.

Lifting Depression This meditation is designed to help you become aware of the inner dialogue that you may be aware of or not,
That leads to feelings of depression,
Sadness or despair.
By practicing this meditation,
You can free yourself from this internal dialogue and as a result free yourself from feelings of depression,
Sadness,
Loneliness and despair.
So let's begin.
If you'll find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down.
And once you're there,
If you'll gently close your eyes.
And you can relax.
Temporarily disconnecting from the environment and visual stimuli to find peace within yourself,
Within your breath,
Within your heart and throughout your entire being.
Choosing to find peace.
Choosing to be at peace.
Choosing to be peace.
And as you hold this intention within your mind,
Within your body,
Allow yourself to breathe more easily.
Feeling your entire body with breath.
A gentle,
Loving,
Supportive breath.
A breath that carries light,
Peace,
Love,
Joy and equanimity into your entire being.
And so breathing this light,
This peace,
This love,
This joy,
This equanimity into your being.
Feeling your whole being with this light,
With this light.
This light,
This love that allows you to face any challenge,
Any challenge that you face.
This light,
This love that allows you to face any challenge that you face.
This light,
This love that allows you to face any challenge,
Any pain that you wish to free yourself from.
And so trusting in this light as you breathe it in,
Loving it,
And letting this light,
This love,
Support you into a higher state of consciousness,
A brighter state of being,
A lighter state of being,
A more loving state of being.
Carrying you onto a gentle,
Loving path.
And so as you continue to be present to this light,
Feeling you,
Surrounding you with this gentle,
Supporting love.
And so as you continue to be present to this light,
Feeling you,
Surrounding you with this gentle,
Supporting love.
If you would become aware of your feelings.
Being present with your feelings,
Whatever they might be.
Without fighting them,
Without judging them,
Without feeling frustrated or annoyed by them,
Without attempting to make them any different than what they are,
Simply being with them.
And feeling what you feel.
And choosing to be at peace.
Intending and focusing on accepting any feeling of depression or sadness or loneliness,
Or any other associated feeling or emotion.
Becoming aware that you are not your feelings or your emotions,
And that they are not you.
They are simply feelings that you happen to be experiencing in this moment,
Or that you may have experienced in the past.
Feelings,
Just feelings.
Not you,
Not your soul.
And also noticing what you might be thinking or telling yourself in this moment,
When you feel these feelings.
Thoughts,
Stories,
Fears,
Beliefs that can generate such feelings.
Making this connection between what you might be thinking internally and how you may be feeling as a result.
Even if that's deeply subconscious or even unconscious to you.
Letting these connections reveal themselves to you.
Like a haha moment that reveals a deep truth that you may not have been aware of before.
Without fearing those thoughts,
The inner dialogue,
The beliefs or the fears you've created within your own mind.
About yourself,
Your relationships,
Your situation or your life.
Without fearing facing what you might be telling yourself right now.
Simply connecting the dots and realizing that what you believe becomes reality.
What you tell yourself about reality becomes your feeling emotional reality.
Your feeling emotions.
And just because you feel all of those things,
Just because you tell yourself all of those things that you feel,
Doesn't make any of them true or real.
It simply means you're having this experience in the present moment.
And that's what you've been conditioned to believe and therefore to feel.
To feel what you've learned to feel.
As a result of thinking and believing what you've learned to think and believe.
And you can change that by choosing to change it.
You can heal all of those inaccurate thoughts,
Misunderstandings,
Misinterpretations and fearful projections about reality.
And when you do,
When you see the light,
When you see the truth,
Your feelings of depression and other negative feelings and emotions will also begin to heal and resolve.
And so becoming aware without fear or judgment that as your understandings and perspectives about yourself and your life change,
Those feelings and emotions can also change and resolve fundamentally.
Choosing to become aware of perspectives and thoughts that don't serve you and that have in the past kept you feeling limited,
Sad,
Lonely or even depressed.
Choosing to recognize that those thoughts and perspectives are not reality and that they are generating those feelings of sadness,
Limitation,
Impossibility,
Loneliness,
Depression and even despair that you want to heal and resolve.
And so realizing at the deepest level that not through any fault of yours you have been taught and conditioned to think in those ways.
To hold perspectives and thoughts that are not serving you.
And that this focus and only that has generated the feelings and emotions that you tend to feel and recycle on an ongoing basis.
Realizing that you need not continue to think in those ways and to feel those ways.
Realizing that focusing on what you don't want or what you fear not having or achieving cannot lead to freedom from your feelings of limitation,
Sadness,
Loneliness or depression.
And that only by recognizing those thoughts and that focus as not true,
Not real,
Not now.
Can you truly and fundamentally resolve your unwanted feelings and emotions?
Only by seeing through them and the falseness of them can you be free from those feelings and emotions.
Because the moment that those thoughts and perspectives are realized as untrue and not serving you,
Then all associated feelings and emotions that come with them will naturally lift and you will be free.
And so becoming aware of the infinite possibilities ahead of you,
Of what is always possible and available to you.
Choosing to let go of old perspectives,
Fears,
Thoughts and beliefs that were in the past keeping you a prisoner to your feelings and emotions.
Choosing to face the pain that they brought so that the pain can go away permanently.
No longer identified with those thoughts nor feelings.
Realizing that you are not that.
You are not your thoughts.
You are not your feelings.
You are not your emotions.
You are not your pain.
You are not the limitations of your conditioning.
You are so much more than that.
And so letting it all go,
Freeing yourself now and forever from the prison of mind.
From the mind that thinks it knows when it truly doesn't.
Liberating this old energy from your whole being of what you've imagined yourself to be.
And in this space of freedom,
Of light,
Of love.
Meeting yourself in this objective space where your pain is lifted.
Where the past is lifted.
And all that remains is infinite potential and possibilities.
And so inviting those infinite possibilities into your life.
Inviting joy.
Inviting happiness.
Inviting love.
Inviting vibrant health.
Inviting nurturance.
Inviting creativity.
Inviting abundance.
Inviting peace.
Inviting fun.
Inviting new energy.
Anything you choose.
Anything you wish to create and experience.
And so inviting it now.
What are you choosing to invite into your loving,
Joyful,
Creative self and space?
Feel it.
Connect to it.
Become one with it.
And be it.
Remember being in this creative space,
This joyful space,
This childlike spirit of creativity and ingenuity.
You've been here before many times.
And maybe you've forgotten temporarily.
Inviting anything you choose right now.
Into your heart.
Into your mind.
Into your body.
Into your whole being.
And from your heart speak it.
And repeat.
I choose.
As you choose it deep within your heart.
Feeling it.
All of it.
All of what you choose.
All of which you deserve.
Even if you didn't even know that you did.
Even if you didn't even know that you could.
Because you are a child of the universe.
And you are always good.
And you are always loved.
And you deserve everything your heart and soul desire.
And so opening yourself to it.
To receive it.
To receive.
Receive.
Receive everything your heart and soul desire.
See it.
Feel it.
Become aware of all of it and of receiving it right now.
Receive it in your heart.
Receive it in your mind.
Receive it in your feelings,
Your emotions.
Receive it in your body.
And feel it.
All of it.
Throughout your entire being.
Connecting deeply to how it feels at all levels of your being.
And how good it feels to receive it completely.
And to feel it in every part of your being.
Receive it.
And so feeling what you've always wanted to feel.
Your innate goodness.
Your deserve-ness.
Your grace.
Your love.
Your kindness.
Your compassion.
Your infinite patience.
Your creativity and your peace.
Receive it.
Receive it.
Feeling all of it at the deepest level of your being.
And feeling deep,
Deep gratitude for this experience.
And for choosing it.
Feeling good all around.
And bringing this feeling,
This light,
This love into your whole body.
Right now.
Into the space that you're in.
Into the time that you're in.
Coming back to the present moment.
Forever changed by your choice.
Forever changed by your intention and commitment.
To create and recreate yourself and your life the way you intend and choose.

From the highest level of consciousness that you invite.
