If you'll find a quiet,
Dimly lit and comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down and just relax.
Allow both your mind and body to begin to unwind as you make yourself truly comfortable.
And so finding this place of comfort where the tension in your muscles can begin to release if you'll feel your whole face relaxing.
And feel the muscles around your eyes begin to relax,
Temples,
Eyebrows and even your eyeballs sinking deeper into their sockets.
Feel your upper eyelids becoming heavier and heavier until your eyes naturally close.
If you prefer to keep your eyes slightly open,
Then simply gaze downward,
Eyes almost shut.
And as you let go of visual stimuli,
Feel your body and mind immediately relaxing a little more.
Now as you intend to relax more and more deeply,
If you'll bring your awareness to your breath and begin to lovingly observe your breath flowing in and out of your nostrils or of your mouth if nostril breathing is uncomfortable for you at this time.
Watching the inflow and the outflow of your breath with patience and playful curiosity.
And noticing what you notice as your breath flows in and out and you relax even deeper.
Next,
If you'll shift your focus from any thought that comes up to feeling your heart and connecting with it.
Bringing your fingertips or your hands to the center of your chest,
Palms facing down and touching your heart center.
And as you maintain your awareness of your heart center through your touch,
Notice any sensations that arise in the space of your heart.
And lovingly breathe into the space of your heart while touching your heart and connecting with it.
Maybe you begin to feel the space of your heart releasing accumulated tension,
Hurt,
Opening up and expanding as you continue to connect to your heart in the space at the center of your chest.
Now,
As you continue to breathe into the space of your heart,
Your beautiful heart,
And you maintain your connection through your physical touch,
Begin to slow your breathing down.
Begin with a natural exhale,
Exhaling all the air out of your lungs without force before you start a new breathing cycle.
Inhaling to a count of 2 or 4 to begin with and exhaling to a count of 3 or 6 as you ease into this breath.
Slowly lengthening your breath and always exhaling for a period longer than you inhale.
Maintaining a 1 to 1.
5 ratio for your inhales and exhales,
Ensuring that your exhale is 1.
5 times longer than your inhale,
As to entrain your nervous system into parasympathetic functioning.
Lovingly watching your breath as you maintain physical touch with your heart and breathe into the space of your heart,
Allowing your heart to open and expand through your gentle and loving touch,
Your breathing and awareness.
Now,
As you continue with this calming and relaxing touch and breathing into the space of your heart,
Connect to a feeling you wish to cultivate.
A feeling that supports you feeling loved,
Empowered,
Supported,
Nurtured,
Inspired.
Or that supports you with any other intention you wish to experience in yourself and in your life right now.
Choosing to feel good inside of yourself right now by cultivating a positive feeling or emotion within the space of your heart.
Maybe it's compassion,
Maybe it's awe or wonder,
Maybe it's unconditional love,
Maybe it's a deep sense of freedom or a feeling of gratitude.
Whatever you want to experience and feel in your heart.
And choosing this feeling without condition,
Simply choosing to feel compassion,
Awe,
Wonder,
Unconditional love,
Freedom or gratitude.
And allowing for the physical touch of your heart,
Your breathing rhythm and the feeling you're choosing to experience to allow the heart and brain to begin to harmonize.
And as the heart and brain begin to harmonize,
They become more coherent,
Working as one.
To feel compassion,
To feel awe and wonder,
To feel unconditional love,
To feel freedom or to feel gratitude.
Heart and brain as one in the experience.
As you harmonize your heart and brain.
And your heart and brain come into alignment with the electromagnetic field of the earth.
