Spatial awareness meditation.
This meditation is based upon the teachings of Dr.
Jody Spencer and the ancient teachings of Buddhism and emptiness meditation.
The benefits of this meditation include becoming more aware of the field around you,
Of the energy around you,
Limiting intrusive thoughts and reducing the interaction of the analytical mind,
Becoming more present,
More aware and ultimately experiencing yourself as nobody,
No one,
Nothing,
Nowhere,
No time,
As infinite potential in the field.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down and when you're comfortable you can close your eyes and begin to relax,
Becoming aware of the space between your eyes and feel the volume of space between your eyes and now becoming aware of the space between your temples and feeling the volume of space between your temples becoming aware of the space between your ears and feeling the volume of space between your ears and now become aware of the space in your nostrils and feel the volume of space inside your nose now become aware of your nose and feel the volume of space around your nose and now become aware of the space between your tongue and the back of your throat and feel the volume of space between your tongue and the back of your throat and now become aware of the space inside your head cavity and feel the volume of space inside your head cavity and now become aware of the space around your ears and sense the volume of space beyond your ears and now become aware of the space around your head and feel the volume of space around your head and now become aware of the space beneath your chin and sense the volume of space below your chin and now become aware of the space around your neck and feel the volume of space beyond your neck and now become aware of the space at the front of your chest and feel the volume of space beyond your chest and now become aware of the space behind your shoulders and sense the volume of space around your shoulders and now become aware of the space behind your back and feel the volume of space beyond your spine and now become aware of the space inside your chest and feel the volume of space inside your chest and now become aware of the space at your navel and feel the volume of space inside your abdomen and now become aware of the space between your legs and feel the volume of space between your thighs now become aware of the space between your knees and feel the volume of space connecting your knees and now become aware of the space around your legs and feel the volume of space beyond your legs and now become aware of the space around your feet and feel the energy of space below your feet and now become aware of the space around your entire body and sense the volume of space around your body and now become aware of the space between your body and the walls and feel the volume of space between your body and the walls and now become aware of the space between your body and the house that you're in or the building that you're in and feel the volume of space between your body and the house or the building that you're in and now become aware of the space between your body and the city that you're in and feel the volume of space between your body and the city that you're in and now become aware of the space between your body and the country that you're in and feel the volume of space between your body and the country that you're in and now become aware of the space between your body and the entire planet and the entire planet and sense the volume of space between your body and the entire planet and now become aware of the space within space and now become aware of the space between your body and the entire planet and now become aware of the space maintaining your awareness on the space and the volume of space within you and all around you connecting to the emptiness of this space feeling space sensing the volume of space in space suspending in space expanding in space dissolving in space becoming no one,
No thing nobody,
No space,
No time floating in space one with space one with everything within this space relaxing into the emptiness of space connecting to everything that is,
To every time,
To every space within space without any identification to every space within space without any identification to your ego becoming one with space connecting to everyone,
Everything,
Everybody,
Every time,
Every space in space and in this state of union,
Of oneness maintaining this spatial awareness this sense of wholeness,
Of oneness with everything slowly begin to come back to your body in this room that you're in coming back to your breath,
Deepening it remaining aware of space within space remaining aware of your oneness with everything that is remaining aware of your oneness with everything that is and when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes and when you're ready,
