Abundance Practice For Prosperity

This abundance practice for prosperity is designed to help you connect and resonate with the energy of abundance and money (as it exists in the field of pure consciousness) so that you can begin to attract, receive, and manifest more money, wealth, and prosperity in your life. Practicing this meditation for abundance daily, or as often as possible, can help you experience more abundance in more areas of your life and release feelings of lack, fears and limiting beliefs.

Generating Wealth This meditation is inspired by the teachings and research of Dr.

Jody Spencer,

Practices of Qigong from Master Wu,

As well as Tantric Yoga,

And other practices in Taoism and Taoism which were all integrated into this meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.

Make yourself as comfortable as you can.

And as you allow your body to relax,

Let your eyes gently close.

See how much more relaxed you can let your body become.

Letting go of stress,

Letting go of tension in your body,

Letting go of thoughts.

Feeling a relaxing energy flowing down from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes.

Relax.

Feel this energy moving into each and every part of your body from the top to the bottom,

Relaxing your entire body,

Letting it become more open.

Now become aware of your body in space,

And feel the space around your body in space.

Sensing the space within your body and around your body.

Sensing more and more of it,

Expanding your awareness further and further away.

As far as your awareness will reach.

Feeling yourself floating in this space,

One with this dark empty space,

In the blackness of this space within you and all around you.

Now as you float in this space,

Let yourself feel how you feel about money,

Your relationship to money,

Recordings from the past,

Memories of experiences of either having been abundant or not,

Beliefs that you've inherited about money,

From your parents,

From friends,

From family members or the collective consciousness.

Becoming aware of the energy of all of these beliefs,

Memories,

Interpretations,

Recordings,

Fears,

Fears of not having enough money or sometimes even fear of having money.

Fear of losing it if you do receive it.

All of the fears recorded in your system or in the collective consciousness that you have or are currently resonating with.

Becoming aware of this energy,

The energy of all of these fears,

These beliefs.

And now one by one,

See them becoming smaller and smaller,

Moving away in the distance,

In the blackness of space,

Further and further away from you,

From your field of consciousness,

Until you can no longer see them or sense them.

And it feels like that was another life,

Another you in the past.

Allowing yourself to let go,

To let go of lack,

To let go of your imaginings of lack.

And as you do,

And you find yourself in this black space all around you,

Feel the energy of space all around you in space.

Connect to it,

Be one with it.

And now bring your awareness into your first energy center and feel the space there.

And in this space,

Connect to abundance,

The energy of abundance,

The feeling of abundance.

Allowing for any dissonant energies that are still present in your system to dissolve,

To release,

To become smaller and smaller and to move in space further and further away from you,

Until they're completely gone.

And your first energy center is resonating with abundance,

Completely.

Now move your awareness in the space of your second energy center,

Feeling this space,

Becoming aware of what you feel in this space.

And from this space of your second energy center in space,

Connect to the feeling,

The energy of abundance.

Relaxing into the energy,

Resting in this energy of abundance,

In the space of your second energy center,

Becoming aware of any incongruent energies in the form of beliefs,

Thoughts,

Images,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Emotions.

And allowing them to clear,

To release,

To become smaller and smaller and to move further and further away from your body and from this second energy center in space.

Now as you feel your first and second energy center in resonance,

With abundance,

With the energy of money,

Place your awareness in your third energy center in space,

Sensing the space in this energy center in space,

Within and all around.

And in this space,

Let yourself connect to the feeling of abundance,

The energy of abundance.

And feel how this energy center responds,

Resonating with abundance,

With money,

In the space of your third energy center in space.

Allowing for any energies that are not in alignment with abundance,

To clear,

Heal and release.

Letting this new energy clear the blockages,

Clear the recordings,

The beliefs,

The fears,

Seeing them become smaller and smaller and move further and further away from you.

As you continue to integrate,

To harmonize your energy system to the frequency of abundance,

Of money,

To its energy,

Bring your awareness in your fourth energy center at the level of your heart,

Becoming aware of the space in your heart center in space and becoming aware of the space around your heart center in space.

Connecting to the feeling of abundance in this space,

In space,

Resonating with the energy of money,

Of abundance in this space,

In space,

Becoming aware of any incongruent energies in this part of your energy system as it relates to money and abundance,

Any recordings of lack of pain,

Beliefs and fears around money,

Letting them flow out,

Clear,

Release from your fourth energy center,

Feeling yourself resonating more and more with abundance,

Less and less with lack,

Sensing,

Feeling,

Experiencing those incongruent energies becoming smaller and smaller and moving further and further away in space.

And as you feel your energy system from your first energy center to your fourth energy center integrating,

Harmonizing to the frequency of money,

Of abundance,

You feel more and more abundant,

More and more expanded in this feeling of abundance,

In resonance with it.

And so now move your awareness into your fifth energy center at the level of your throat,

Becoming aware of your fifth energy center in space,

Feeling the energy of space within this energy center and feeling the energy of space all around it,

In space.

Now from this energy center in space,

Connect to the feeling of abundance,

To the energy of money in this space.

Feel it,

Become aware of it,

Become one with it,

Experience more and more of it in this space.

And as more and more energy of abundance flows into this space,

As you resonate with it,

As you become one with it,

You become aware of any non-resonant energies and you clear them and you let them clear,

Heal and release from your fifth energy center,

Simply by being aware of them and feeling or sensing those energies become less and less of an influence on your system as they become smaller and smaller and they move further and further away in the blackness of space.

And now integrate all five of your first five energy centers,

Harmonize them to the energy,

To the frequency of money,

Of abundance,

Feeling more and more abundance,

Resonating with abundance at all of those levels of your energy system.

And as you resonate with abundance and radiate abundance within and around your body in space,

Become aware of your sixth energy center in space and feel the space at the level of your third eye,

Of your forehead in space,

Sensing the energy of space in this center in space and sensing the energy of space all around this center in space.

And let yourself feel abundance connect to the energy of money in this space,

Resonating with abundance,

Being it,

Becoming one with it,

Filling this space with abundance,

With the energy of abundance in space,

Allowing for any non-aligned energies to surface and clear from this level of your system,

Becoming aware of them in the form of thoughts,

Beliefs,

Fears,

Images,

Emotions,

Feeling sensations,

And seeing their influence become less and less,

Feeling,

Sensing them become smaller and smaller and move further and further into the blackness of space.

Now feeling the integration,

Harmonization of your first six energy centers,

Resonating with abundance,

With the energy of money,

Radiating the energy of abundance and money at all six levels of your system,

Feeling more and more of it,

Feeling your entire body resonating with it in space.

And now place your awareness at the seventh energy center at the top of your head in space,

Feeling this space,

Becoming aware of the space around your seventh energy center in space.

And as you place your awareness and your energy in your seventh energy center,

Begin to resonate with abundance in this space,

In space,

Connecting to the feeling of abundance,

Resonating with the energy of money in this space.

Feeling this space with the energy of abundance of money,

Becoming one with it,

Resonating with it,

Feeling more and more of it,

And aligning for any energies that are not aligned with abundance,

Any memories,

Any recordings of lack,

Of pain associated with abundance or money,

Any beliefs,

Any fears,

Any images,

Anything that comes up in this space that is not in alignment with abundance,

Allowing it to clear,

To heal,

To release,

Moving out into the blackness of space,

Further and further away from you,

Becoming smaller and smaller.

Feeling all seven of your in-body energy centers resonating with abundance,

Tuned into the energy of money,

Into its vibration,

Its frequency,

More and more resonant with it,

Less and less influenced by any energies of lack in the collective consciousness or in your past selves.

Feeling the integration,

The harmonization of all seven of your in-body energy centers with this energy of abundance of money.

You can now place your awareness above your head,

About six or eight inches above it,

In space,

In the space of your eight energy centers in space,

Sensing the space in your eight energy centers,

Feeling the space around it,

And in the space of your eight energy centers in space.

The thoughts resonating with the feeling of abundance,

With the energy of money,

Pouring into this space,

Occupying this space in space,

Feeling this space becoming more and more resonant with abundance,

Attuned to the frequency to the energy of money in this space,

In space,

Feeling more and more abundant,

More and more resonant with the energy of money,

And becoming aware of any dissonant energies in this space that are not resonant with money,

With abundance,

And allowing those energies to clear,

To be healed,

To release,

Sensing their influence becoming smaller and smaller,

Feeling them moving further and further away in the blackness of space,

No longer part of your energy field,

Of your field of consciousness.

As your energy system on all eight levels is now resonating with abundance,

Tuned into the energy,

The frequency of money,

And in this state of internal resonance,

Of alignment with abundance and money,

Become aware of the energy of money,

The energy of abundance in the field,

Feeling it,

Becoming one with it,

Being it,

Feeling more and more of it.

Completely tuned into this energy of abundance of money.

However you experience it,

In whichever way you feel it,

And as you continue to tune into this frequency,

Into this vibration of abundance and money,

Become aware of the reasons why you want to be more abundant and you want to receive money,

Connecting to all of the things that are meaningful to you,

That are important to you,

And that the energy of money can support.

Asking yourself what would it feel like to be abundant and to receive money,

And let yourself receive,

Let yourself feel abundant,

Resonating with abundance more and more,

And feeling yourself receiving this abundance and the money,

In whichever way it comes,

In whichever form it comes,

And sense or feel the energy of abundance of money going into your 8th energy center,

Back down into each energy center below.

Become aware of specks or flecks of gold in space,

Flowing down into your 8th energy center and moving down into your body,

Allowing your body to further resonate with abundance and align your body with the energy of money,

Sensing,

Feeling these specks and flecks of gold,

Feeling your entire system,

Your entire body,

Your body radiating abundance,

The energy of money,

Receiving more and more of it and radiating more and more of it in your field,

Attracting more and more abundance as you radiate the energy of abundance and money in your field,

Feeling,

Sensing your entire body filled with those golden specks and flecks,

Merged with abundance,

One with the energy of money,

Feeling your heart so open as you receive this abundance,

This money,

So open and relaxed as you receive more and more of it,

As you resonate with it and you radiate it in your field of energy,

Feeling so grateful for all of the abundance that is continuously flowing to you,

Coming to you now,

In whichever way,

In whichever form it does,

Attracting more and more of it,

Receiving more and more of it as your heart continues to open,

As you continue to radiate this abundance in your field of energy,

Feeling grateful for all of the wonderful blessings and miracles that come with this abundance we're receiving,

This abundance,

This money into your being,

Into your field,

Into your life,

One with it,

Resonant with it,

Completely filled with it,

In every single part of your body of your field,

Radiating the energy of abundance of money,

Sensing,

Feeling your field filled with those specks and flakes of gold all around in space,

And in this state of resonance with abundance,

Of congruence in each and every part of your energy system,

Resonating with the energy of abundance and money,

Slowly begin to come back to a new body,

Filled with abundance,

In resonance with money,

With the energy of money and abundance,

Feeling so grateful,

So open,

Expanded,

And as you deepen your breath,

You feel yourself in your body,

Even more,

This new body,

Filled with abundance,

One with abundance,

And when you're ready,

Back in your new body,

Back in the space where you started this journey,

Into abundance,

Feel the abundance all around you in the room or the space that you're in,

Feeling all of the objects around you,

Feeling all of the specks and flakes of gold all around you,

Sensing the energy of abundance,

Being aware of it,

Being aware that it's everywhere around you,

When you pay attention to it,

When you become aware of it,

And like a vortex of energy,

A vortex of abundance,

You draw all of these specks and flakes of gold into your field,

Creating more and more abundance within you and all around you,

And in this space of abundance,

Resonating with abundance,

One with it,

When you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes and feel how abundant you truly are.
