You have tapped through the body.
And felt all parts of you.
You have swayed through the hip.
And felt the gentle movement.
You felt the earth element through the feet grounding you into the Mother Earth.
Wiggle your toes right now,
Stretch and flex your feet.
Feel your feet.
Soften and relax your feet.
Notice the lower part of your legs.
Bring awareness to your knees.
Your thighs.
On the next inhale,
Flex your toes,
Feet,
Ankles.
Draw energetically the muscles up from the calves,
The knees,
The thighs.
Squeeze the muscles on the legs.
Exhale,
Soften and release.
Feel into the seat.
The hip.
Resting on the earth.
Bring to mind the movement of the hips,
The swaying.
On an inhale,
Squeeze the seat muscles.
Exhale,
Release and soften the hip muscles,
The seat muscles.
Bring awareness to the belly,
The low back.
Recall the feeling of the twist in the body,
How it twisted through.
The belly.
Any heat or warmth it generated.
Soften the belly and all the muscles around the low back.
Move awareness up the spine,
Feel yourself supported now.
Spine supported.
Back supported.
Chest melting.
Heart releasing.
Soften around the heart and the chest.
Notice the shoulders.
On the next inhale,
Softly lift and squeeze the shoulders towards the ears.
And exhale,
Soften and release the shoulders.
Healing down through the arms,
The upper arms.
Recall the tapping.
These are your arms.
The elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists.
Out to the palms and through all the fingers.
Take an inhale and stretch open the palms.
And lift the arms a few inches up.
Squeezing all the muscles in the arms.
Exhale,
Soften the arms down,
Completely releasing any holding in the arms.
Bring awareness to your face.
The jaw,
Soften the jaw.
Front of the throat.
Back of the neck.
How the back of the head rests on the support.
Top of the head.
Forehead.
Let each of your eyes Relax any tension.
Notice the eyelids opened or closed.
Soften the gaze if they're open.
Soften through the nose,
Feeling the air moving softly into the nostrils.
And how it reaches as far down into the belly as possible.
Allow the lips to part so the exhale comes out of the mouth.
Release the tongue.
And the ears.
Feel deeply into this very present moment.
Allow your entire body to relax.
To experience simultaneous deep relaxation.
And a sense of awareness of the whole body.
Allow these.
Words to come and land deep in the front of the heart.
And over the next week,
Allow them to penetrate more and more towards the back of the heart.
