And having found this very deep space to apply.
Land the body in.
Feeling all the proper points that are touching the floor,

Covered,
And nourished.
And exhale another long breath.
Let us walk deeply into this heart meditation tonight.
In Ayurveda,
In Sanskrit.
The word for heart is hridaya.
Hridaya.
And hrudaya is formed from three sounds.
Chris?
Daya.
And it means.

The inflow.
And the outflow.
Continuously.
So the heart.
Continuously pump.
And and out.
Receiving and giving.
Continuously.
Pour your attention,
All of it now.
Into your still.
Resting.
Body.
Gather your awareness behind your breath.
Turn up the volume of receptivity.
Openness and acceptance.
Feel a deep sense of release.
Wholeness and peace.
Drop into your energetic center.
And physical heart space.
Deep in the chest.
Drop into your energetic.
And physical heart space.
In your chest.
And now move your attention slightly.
To the right of your breastbone.
Here lies Hridaya.
The spiritual heart.
From the cave of the heart.
What quality would you like to embody?
From the cave of the heart.
What quality would you like to embody?
For your lives.
Listen while the heart speaks.
Maybe it's kindness.
Compassion.
Or a willingness to love more openly and fully.
What quality.
Would you like to embody?
As you embody this quality,
Let it saturate your entire being.
Allow yourself to be fully present.
To yourself.
For yourself.
Just as you are.
Exactly as you are.
And let it all be right.
As you are.
Feel as if Very cozy.
Strong hug.
Is embracing.
You.
And thank yourself.
For all that you showed up for.

And tonight.
Allow another long exhale to leave the body.
And notice any sensations.
Sounds.
Feelings.
That may be pulsating from the heart.
Right now.
Now.

Steadily.
Consistently.
Pulsing.
Pulsing.
Kills the pulsation.
Vibrates all the way down both legs.
Pulsing through the thighs.
For me.
Calves.
The ankles and the feet.
To the absolute ends of the toes.
Pulsing.
Noticing Notice the pulsation moving into the hips.
As the hips are lifted.
Perhaps a hollowing out feeling.
Allowing for more.
Connection.
To the pulse through the hips.
Through the sea.
The vibration.
A consistent pulsing.
Through the hip.
And the legs.
Each pulse.
Releases the holding.
The tension.
Notice the pulsing moving through the whole belly.
Low back.
And up,
Of course,
Through the chest.
Feel any spaces in the chest.
And feel open and light.
Allowing for a stronger pulsation to move through it.
Or any places that feel congested.
And tight.
Her little spots.
Of stagnant.
Emotions that hold on.
Maybe blocking the pulsation from reaching.
Just allow that to be.
Because you are present to yourself.
Just as you are.
Allow the pulsation to move up into the upper chest,
The shoulders.
Collarbones.
And then flowing down both arms from the upper arms.
Through the elbows.
Out through the wrists.
And into the palms.
Even the palms carry this pulsation to the tips of all the fingers.
The arms are pulsing.
All the way up to the tops of the shoulders.
And then through the neck.
And the throat.
And feel the back of the head resting.
And the pulsation.
Is soft and steady.
Through the neck.
The throat.
And into the entire skull.
You may notice it.
In the temples.
Soften the temples.
You may notice it in the forehead.
Soften the forehead.
You may notice it in your ears.
Listen for the sound of the pulse.
Soften through the ears.
You may notice it in the nose.
Release the nose.
You may notice it in the mouth and the tongue.
Soften the jaw and the tongue.
Connect so deeply to this pulsation through the whole body.
At each point.
Pulse.
Awakens the whole body.
Even in this deeply rested state.
A sense of containment.
Awareness.
A deep sense of release.
Wholeness and peace.
A sense of receptivity.
Openness.
And anything else.
That is there for you in this moment.
Your subtle energetic body is pulsing now with the vibration of light.
As if you are glowing from the inside out.
Everywhere that the pulse reaches.
A darkened corner is lit up inside.
A stagnant space is awakened with flow.
And prana,
The life force.
Moves freely through your entire being.
And brings a complete sense.
Of presence.
Move back to the awareness around the cave of the heart.
And the quality that you chose to embrace.
And embody.
Embody this quality and allow it to saturate.
Your gently pulsating body.
Your mind and your spirit.
Be all there with it.
Any holding.
Any pains.
Any tightness.
Is carried away on the pulse.
And Hridaya,
Your spiritual heart.
Enlivens.
And nurtures your entire being.
Sinking in one level deeper into this yoga nidra rest.
Rest deeply.
Very slowly.
Making the choice now.
To either continue to rest.
Or to begin to move out of the yoga nidra.
Allow the breath to bring you back to the surface if you choose.
Or continue to rest deeply.
Experiencing.
More and more.
