Tonight's yoga nidra.
From a place.
Of deep acceptance.
Accepting exactly where you are.
Physically,
Mentally.

Emotionally.
Spiritually.
From a deep space of pure acceptance.
Release,
Let go,
Cast aside any judgments that you carry deep within.
Today.
Is done.
We are in this fresh moment.
All that we have said,
Thought and done.
Is complete.
For this moment.
Accept it all.
Accept the light.
And the dark.
Accept all polarities.
The left.
.
.
And the right.
Accept the sun.
And the moon.
Except the masculine.
And feminine.
Accept all that is good.
And that is bad.
Just accept.
Because it is.
Our resistance does not change.
What is.
Our awareness is what makes the change.
So letting go of all the resistance that comes from not accepting anything.
Will free up.
Enormous amounts of energy.
For healing.
For mending.
For integrating.
For creation.
Notice now.
The two distinct sides of your own body.
The left side.
Feel it from the left palm.
Fingers.
Breaths.
Forearm to the elbow.
Upper arm to the shoulder.
Stay on the left side.
And feel the left side of the chest.
The left side of the upper back.
The left side of your belly.
The left side of your lower back.
Down into your left hip.
Through the left thigh.
Left knee.
Left shin and calf.
Left ankle.
Top of the left foot.
Left heel.
Soul of the left foot.
And all the toes.
On the left foot.
Feel the entire left side of the body.
Up to now the left side of the neck and the throat.
Into the left ear.
Left side of the jaw.
Left nostril up.
Left cheek.
Into the left eye.
I lived.
Left eyebrow.
Left side of the forehead.
Entire left side of the top of the head.
Notice.
The left side of the body.
All the sensations and guidance coming to you.
From the left side of your body.
Allow it to be at ease.
Allow full acceptance of it exactly as it is.
No matter.
The journey it's been on.
The experiences that have been had.
The stories that you carry.
Allow it to be.
Soften and release the tension.
Let go of any suffering.
Feeling to the left side of your heart.
Feel into the left side of the lungs.
Feel into.
This receptive nature that we carry in the left side.
The feminine side.
Notice the great strain.
And any areas of challenge.
Notice what it feels like in the left side body.
And bring awareness now with full acceptance.
To the right side of the body.
The right shoulder.
Down the top of the right arm.
To the right elbow.
Forearm.
Out through the palm,
Top of the hand,
And all the fingers on the right side.
From the right shoulder down the right side of the chest.
Right side of the spine.
Right side of the upper back.
Right side of the waist and the belly.
Right side of the lower back.
Right hip and seat muscles.
The right thigh.
To the right knee.
Right shin and calf.
To the right ankle.
Eel.
Top of the right foot.
Sole of the right foot to the toes,
All toes on the right foot.
Observe and feel any sensations.
Running along the right side of the body.
The right side of the heart.
The right lung.
The right side of the throat and the neck.
Blooming up over the right side of the skull.
The right ear.
Entire right side of the head.
Right side of the jaw.
Right nostril.
The right cheek.
Right eye.
Right eyelid.
And eyebrow.
Right side of the forehead.
Notice.
Right side of the face.
Back of the head.
And the entire right side of the body.
And now bring all awareness to softening and completely releasing the right side of the body.
The tension,
The stories.
The history of the right side.
Allow it to release.
Accepting all of it as you go.
Letting go of the resistance.
To wanting it to be any different.
And notice the freedom.
And accepting and allowing.
It is exactly as it is.
Even in the mind.
There are sighs.
The mind loves to polarize.
Fight it out.
Seeking and chasing what feels good.
Avoiding and pushing away.
What does not?
Accepting it all.
Releases.
And abundance.
Of freedom.
Energy.
And creativity.
Abandon all these attitudes.
Of wanting to prolong lasher.
And you will avoid suffering.
Let the heart be itself.
And feel whatever is there.
Accept it all.
Be free from clinging and avoiding.
The heart regains its poise.
And revels in creation.
Plunging deep into its center.
Discover.
That the heart is moved.
By a pulse that is everywhere.
Allowing.
Releasing.
Letting go No grasping.
No avoiding.
Swimming in a sea of pure acceptance.
Connecting.
To this abundance.
That naturally lives inside.
Of joy.
Ease and calm.
Pure and complete healing.
For every part of you.
Body.
Thinking mind.
Breathing life force.
Sacred spirit.
It is all there.
Heart.
And body and mind in union.
Allow this awakening to be born in you.
As you realize what you already are.
Completely whole.
Well.
At ease.
More than enough.
The essence of love.
And rest.
Rest deeply.
And completely.
You are at ease and safe.
