Taking time to be grateful every day is transformative.
When you concentrate on what you don't have,
You'll never have enough.
Choose three things you're grateful for today.
Perhaps a warm home,
Someone special in your life,
Food in your fridge,
Or the pets you share your home with.
Take a deep breath in and close your eyes,
Thinking of these three things that you're especially grateful for today.
Feel that gratitude in your heart and in every cell in your body.
Allow that gratitude to put a smile on your face.
Take another deep breath in and say to yourself,
I feel an abundance of gratitude for everything I have.
I feel gratitude for everything that comes into my life every day.
I feel an abundance of gratitude for everything I have.
I feel gratitude for everything that comes into my life every day.
I feel an abundance of gratitude for everything I have.
I feel gratitude for everything that comes into my life every day.
Now take in a deep breath and gently exhale.
Now open your eyes and smile and feel good about the wonderful things you have and the wonderful things you've experienced in your life.
Carry this feeling around with you every day as you attract more abundance into your life.
