Surrender Into Creativity

Creativity begins with relaxation into flow. Begin with the idea of what you would like to create and use this short practice to deepen and reset your intention. Allow yourself to rest in a space of expansiveness and surrender so that you can make that project, that relationship, that dream a reality.

A perfect meditation for here & now.

A refreshing, freeing, psychedelic meditation! An awesome 5 min journey inside.

A few minor tech issues aside (occasional mic noise early on, slightly unclear ending, and way too many damn bells), this is a fascinating exercise given its brevity.

I don’t usually recommend slightly more advanced techniques like this to absolute beginners, but this one seems really accessible in its length and language, so it might work out great.

Definitely bears repeat listening, and it’s one I plan to work with often.
